Work for them and didn’t get paid

We signed up for cleaning every 6 weeks . The first visit we had gutters cleaned and a thorough deep clean, then we signed up for 6 weeks.
The next visit they were unable to clean the sky light or roof light for safety reasons ( type of roof tile can be easily broken) . Then they asked me to pay 50% for the visit.

On the day of the job you refused to allow our technician to clean the rest of the house so we will need to charge you 50% cancellation fee (part of our T&C's).

Obviously we can't do window cleaning at your house without Safety or damage concerns. So the only way forward it to cancel your subscription.

Jolyan and Rose are so helpful and honest in their opinion about how their product will, or maybe won’t help a problem.
I had my carpet cleaned a week ago and the cleaner, I don’t think, spot cleaned the stains. I had heard Jolyan speak on the radio about his spot cleaning carpet product. I went there to purchase it but could have left without purchasing anything as the product they suggested, I already had in the cupboard and then they mentioned a powder that is for carpet, upholstery and clothing. Decided to buy it. It is amazing. All the stains I was left with have disappeared. I am so grateful for their honesty, knowledge and advice.

Well I ordered 2 months ago. Decided it was a scam but..... I received my order today. Communication would have lead me to not come to that conclusion. I wrote 3 times!!!

Do not buy from this company, you will not get your goods and you will not get your money back. Still waiting 2 months after placing order, no communication and no response to requests for refund.
You cant blame a virus for being ignorant and terrible customer service.

I placed a order 1st of March I had 1 email from them saying my ordered will be 5 days delayed due to the demand, phoned them twice and on the first call the woman was very rude and hanged up on me and both times on the phone they promised I would receive my order within the week. It is now over 8 weeks and I still haven't received my order.They obviously didn't have the stock they were selling and should of closed their website, but no they still took our money. This company are crooks or scammers.

No mistake at all, I googled your company whilst working for you and the address is the same as this one. I still have the paperwork from your company.

Not sure why you have decided to question my review after 4 years, but I 100% stand by my comments.
Despite this company suggesting I have confused them for another one and asking me to change my review, this is indeed the company I worked for cleaning building site portacabins and I stand by my comments

Do not work for this company. I did a couple of days work over Easter and spent ages chasing for payment. Finally after me chasing several times a day it was paid, however I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cleaning products I had to purchase for them as they didn't get supplies sent in time.
Avoid working for them at all costs

Terrible service. Have been waiting for some goods to be delivered for 3 months now. They ignore calls and e-mails to get a refund. Stay away from these pirates who will take your money and run away.

Terrible service . Placed an order at the beginning of March sent 2 emails spoke several times regarding the order on the phone and still no response. Awful customer service. I will not be using again

I used the one cleaning in chelmsford but was so disappointed the cleaner could not hoover the house properly. There was loads of small threads on the carpet everywhere and they even forgot to clean my microwave. The first thing my husband said when came home was did the cleaner not use the hover. Pieces of small dirt was everywhere.
When i complained there was no apology. I even say i won't use them again all i got then was thanks for using us. Their leaflet promised satisfaction but i was let very disappointed. They even used 30 minutes more than my usual cleaning company who was very busy as i have changed cleaning time due to work

Angel Cleaning Service- Unreliable, unprofessional, rude and a terrible cleaning service. I think the owner keeps all the money to herself and gives the poor girl $20. They did not arrive on schedule, cancel and reschedule multiple times. They are not trustworthy, don’t let them in your home.

I have been using the cleaning company for over 5 months, where I have a lovely cleaner who is reliable and does a great job on our flat. I'm really happy with the service that's been provided and happy to recommend.

I have been using the cleaning company to clean my house for the past 6 months, i have found them to be professional, courteous, and always on time. They also keep me well informed regarding any changes to our schedule.
