I would never have posted a bad review if someone in your company would have listened, I was with you for almost 10 years, you blocked my chat support, what else was I supposed to do. Your agent initiated it. Anyways, please look into your systems for complaints management.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had used their hosting service for several years and now have decided to leave out of sheer frustration. Didn't feel the need to post a review about them till today. Their technical services are like anyone else nothing standing out but customer support is hit and miss, some agents are good, others just ruin your day. The worst part is there is no recourse, they come out pretty harsh and hostile. They don't take criticism well and go on with one sided argument. There are several other hosting companies that offer better service and courteous customer support. Customers always vote with their money, so will I.

DNS is quite slow, I set the records three days ago and it still haven't propagated.

This is the worst hosting service our team has ever encountered. The level of technical support staff is at the level of primary education. Over 5 years of usage, we contacted technical support about 20 times. They were only able to resolve 2 (!!!) issues. For all other problems, the response was always the same: 'we did not identify the issue.' Meanwhile, the issues were on the hosting side (downtime, technical defects, etc.). Loyalty and customer orientation are at the lowest level. When communicating with clients, all company employees in correspondence allow negative communication and rudeness. There were also 'fake abuses.' For one of our sites, an abuse report came with the formulation 'scam when using a trademark.' And now in more detail: The complaint came because we used the logo of the cryptocurrency 'RIPPLE.' Meanwhile, every schoolchild knows that the logo is not a trademark and according to this logic, millions of sites can be blocked (INCLUDING THE SITE OF THE HOSTING ITSELF). But in their typical manner, we were told that the block would not be lifted. This was the last straw. I do not recommend working with them under any circumstances!

Honestly, THC understanding and kindness is in top tier with their outstanding customer service and technical prowess. They won't suspend you even if you have not renewed and emailed them you have little money problem, they will extend your invoice.

Tickets are answered in few minutes and service is non to be compared. I have been with them over five (5) years, one reseller and several individual hosting packages.

I am a reseller hosting client for more than a year; the service is excellent at cheap price; the servers are not overloaded and my Wordpress sites are very fast. The uptime, verified with Uptime robot, if is not 100%, is 99,98%. The assistance is very fast. We have Jetbackup in cpanel. Now we have Bitninja free too included for site security.
After I have changed many hosting providers for years; I think I have found the best for me. I can advice for all.

Very helpful in taking down a website that violated copy rights. Great team that handles abuse cases.

This hosting is untrustworthy and scammers. I purchased hosting for my website. in the beginning, everything was alright. When I renewed the hosting to 2031, the problems started. The admin of this site uploaded spam and virus files to private cpanel files and accused me of using my site to harm their clients and quickly froze my hosting and my site for which I paid more than $500. What scammers they are. I do not advise you to buy hosting from THCservers.

Replay to THCservers Scammers:
This is a ridiculous and repulsive statement, you resentful scammers. A cheap way to steal your customers. The pinnacle of fraud. You put the taste of cheap prices and finish your work by raising viruses to the sites of customers, and in the end you close their sites and waste our work.

I moved my Wordpress based website to THCServers from GoDaddy a few months ago and it has been literally flying, ever since. I just assumed Wordpress was a slow CMS platform but the support staff from THC helped me optimize my site and it's performing at least 2 times faster than before. Great job guys! They also free-of-charge migrated my website over which was greatly appreciated. Email is also working better than before. I'm a happy very customer!

I have been a customer with THCServers in the past, I parted with them after I missed an invoice and had my account terminated. Which, unfortunately, is just how this business works as it is automated. I missed the email notification and bing bang boom there go all my websites.

But I digress as I am actually here to applaud THC Servers, not to tarnish its name. I have to say, of all the reseller hosts I have been with over the years, that their server speed is unparalleled and the customer and tech support service is undoubtedly best in the industry.

Especially where WordPress is concerned, whereas most web hosts will either claim that WordPress issues are not their prerogative or refer you to a ticket system, THC Servers pride themselves on being savvy to the Content Management System and will usually have your site back on track within fifteen minutes.

Let alone the incredible reasonable reseller hosting packages that are a boon to any web based business.

I am using THC Servers for 10 years. I have a technology website. They have 100% uptime and they are very quick in their support. Also they offer the best prices. For a shared hosting you play like 3-4 dollars per month. For a dedicated server something over 100. Highly recommended. Other web hosting companies have downtimes. My site hasn't been down for years! I've changed around 7 companies before settling to them.

Horrible Scam They Will Act All Good But Seize Your Domain When its getting Popular! Avoid this host at all costs!

Been a customer for 3 months and so far so good, no downtimes or issues whatsoever. Their dedicated servers seem to be reliable, fast and cheap.

Personally impressed by their fast customer support and the fact that they answered all my silly questions with patience.

Bitcoin payments are a huuuge plus.

As a reseller, I have had a very terrible time with THC Servers for more than 3 years, yet I managed with them due to time it will take to migrate my customers' files to another provide.

But recently, they became a pain in the ass, suspending my reseller my account without prior notice, even when monthly payment is timely.

I did received very few reports of violation and abuse, of which I took actions immediately, and they are aware of it too until recently they decided to suspend my reseller account without any notice.

When I contact Dorin, the administrator, he blatantly told me that in quote "Hosting plan will remain permanently suspended now without any option for unsuspending for backups or similar requests, also refund is not possible as per our terms money back is offered within first 30 days of purchasing hosting plan."

So, because of this, I checked up the review of their service, and its almost the same exact things most people that had used their services in the past complained in many forums.

Though I am blaming myself for not checking up or ignoring all the complaints about THCSERVERS, I should have know better that such service provider is only after to rip their customers off their hard earned dollars.

In the past, I have tried several webhosting providers and I have settled with THCServers now, for a plenty of reasons:

First, let me tell you that their price and offers may not be the cheapest out there but they worth it
Also , I just so love their 24/7 customer support it is very reliable. I never had an unresolved issue with them until now!
Third, their CPanel interface is very user friendly. I mean, you don't have to be a super advanced user to utilize it.

Can confirm thcservers had a lot of issues with one server - live chat informed me. But now it seems good. Up to 3 years with them and we're good :) Appreciate your support and how you work to solve issues. I'll be honest, I've seen much much worse. ..

I've been 100% happy with these guys for years. Great customer service - you can always reach someone on live chat.

Decent pricing and they allow you to pay with crypto - BIG plus for me.

I would love these guys if they didn't have so many server issues lately. I have sites I am working on that clients look at and it looks bad when the server is down.

NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ABILITY TO SOLVE ISSUES, SERVERS ARE DOWN ALL THE TIME WITH INDEFINITY TIME. Equal to 0 customer service.

My server has been down for 26 hours so far, and no backups or updates have been provided. I can see many other users are affect by this.
