I had an appointment with Gina at the Worthing location,not only was she really professional she had lots insight and gave me some advice that really helped .She took the time to help me change my appointment time when i couldn’t make it due to traffic,and was able to see me the exact same day.My hearing is back to normal now,thank you so much!

Gina was a pleasure
Gina was such a pleasure - very friendly and keenly aware of any discomfort you may be feeling. The process of ear suction was more uncomfortable than I was expecting but Gina was very careful to make sure I was not in pain and let me come back several times to complete the process without discomfort.

Everyone needs to do this.
I've just had my first ear assessment & cleaning with Gina Williamson today as a result of not being able to hear as much as you'd expect from a 30yr-old. Not only are my ears cleaner, I can hear much better and through the assessment I was able to find out the cause of my lack of hearing was due to my sinuses being blocked with fluid going up into my ear. I've never even thought this would be the cause and would never have learnt how to resolve this without this appointment. Everyone needs this, Gina was amazing, and I could not recommend enough.
