Had an ear wax removal appointment with James Musselwhite in West Malling, and I very much recommend the service! Not only is my hearing clearer than ever after a particularly stubborn bit of wax, but James talked me through each step and showed me the before and after of my ears, which I found very helpful! Very friendly and welcoming service - thank you very much!

It was so easy and convenient to book online. Antonio explained everything and was kind and reassuring. I thought I was just having wax removal but actually had a whole package with hearing and pressure tests. I highly recommend and would definitely return if the occasion arises again.

Wax removal service at the West Malling Clinic
I had a wax removal service at the West Malling Opticians & Hearing Care recently, and I can not recommend Jay Abbott, an audiologist, highly enough. He was very professional, kind and patient with me, explaining every single step of the procedure and giving further recommendations. Also, the price for the service was fair, in comparison with other clinics in Kent and central London. I will come back there without doubt if any issues occur in the future.
