Hey! As we have confirmed this already via email with you, the courier attempted delivery 3 times and no one answered as shown on tracking and gps info which is why parcel was returned back to us and you were refunded, thank you!

Didn’t receive the order

Didn’t receive the order. Paid £5 for next working day delivery. But never happened. Got a refund through PayPal. First and last time I order from these guys. Got a very disappointed 10 year old boy

order never arrived replies are slow and bad timing

im gonna be fair i orderd quite a while back tried to contact and got a pointless email even after providing my name and my dpd tracking etc to show it hasnt even been recived by dpd and rhat it was due days ago , email responce has just been slow and another reply for a order number even tho ive provided names dpd etc surly can find it via that , still havent recived placed my order vis them moving so it was proberly bad timing i personly wont use again just because of the first order i placed for my birthday will now not reach me before hand and the now wasted money dont want a refund im not a jerk just being honest on a very bad first impression i see them throwing orders left righr and center but somehow mine magicly has no info and dissapears no worries tho plenty of places to try in the future i suppose

We can confirm that the delivery was delayed via DPD and we unfortunately couldn't do anything but to retry the delivery which we spoke about via email and then was completed aswell and were offered refund for the postage and discount for future orders with us, extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused, thank you!

I havnt even got my parcel and you asking for review makes no sense parcel hasn't arrived like it was supposed to today
