Horrible customer service, never again, do not by from them. Have been trying to return my product. I explained to them that it was not just the color but that it did not sit right on my head, felt too heavy, and could not adjust the wire to make it smaller. Emails have been going back and forth for 2 weeks. Now they are asking if used the color match service. Disgusted

So pleased with this purchase. Very nervous at first but the colour match is unbelievable. So glad I asked you for your expertise I never would’ve picked the ivory blonde. Already recommended you to a friend

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
They advertise a 30 day no hassle return for a full refund but decline to honor their policy. The halo is extremely heavy with 3 clips. The hair is synthetic and cheap looking. I found the piece extremely bulky and hard to camouflage under my real hair. I will be contacting the BBB. Do not be sucked in by these internet influencers!!

I ordered the sunny blonde. It wasn’t the right shade of blonde. I sent pictures of my hair color & was recommended honey blonde. It was a perfect match!

First order was not the right color for me. Contacted support and they had a replacement in the mail to me next day! Perfect match and I love it! Great experience!

I was in communication with the folks at thathair and was so impressed at how promptly they responded. I had multiple responds even late at night when I didn’t expect a response until the next business day. As a result, they helped me choose a color that looks seamless with my natural hair.

I did not end up with a color that I like, but this was not the fault of the company. My experience with the company was wonderful. They did a great job of getting back to me in a timely fashion and doing their best to color match. I didn't do the process correctly the 1st time and they were patient and helped me correct it. The hair pieces were good quality and worked well. They however did not match my hair color enough to look good. This was my own fault I have died hair that I let grow out and my hair is multiple colors. So this isn't a good approach for my hair situation at this time. But this company was great.

Don’t buy hair extension halos from Thathair! I have dark brown hair that has a tint of red. I chose the dark brown. It didn’t really match. One of the people that I messaged offered to color match me if I took pictures of my hair. They told me that the wine would match. I got it today and it looks ridiculous, it doesn’t match at all. I messaged and told them this. They said since I’ve already had another one sent to me that I am out $60 essentially. I also want to note that the halo is really wide and the string is long. It must be for someone with a beach ball of a head. Save yourself some money and don’t buy these! I think I’m going to file with BBB

This product is amazing!!! The color was not a close match or an "it'll do" color; it was an exact, perfect match to my hair color!!! So many compliments on how natural it looks, the length, and the color, all of which are just what the advertisements claimed they would be! Thank you!! Thank you!! When I placed my order I did not use their services to color match which did not work out for me. I ordered the wrong color so I contacted customer service and they emailed me very quickly. Actually they were so involved in trying to help me - they have the best customer services I’ve experienced
