I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Gal.com.

I had to follow up multiple times just to track my package, and even then, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. There was no proper communication regarding shipping updates, which made the whole process frustrating.

My order was delivered nearly a month late. I was told the delay was due to Ramadan, but after checking other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue and not a one-off situation.

If such long delays are expected, it should be clearly mentioned on the website so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

Overall, very poor customer service and lack of transparency.
The dress was also not good. The fitting was bad.

I will not be ordering again.

Fake site

Fake site . I have placed an order and its more than 15 days they haven’t provided any tracking ID and not replying to messages also. Don’t buy anything from this site.

Frustrating Experience – Will Not Order Again

I’m giving 2 stars only for their collection. However, the service has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order and had to follow up constantly for 14 days before it was finally delivered—damaged and stained with oil.

I then requested a return, but days have passed with no update on pickup or refund. During the follow-ups, they repeatedly gave false assurances of delivery within 2 days and even shared a fake tracking ID that showed the item as 'awaiting pickup' for several days. To make things worse, they deleted my comments on Instagram rather than addressing the issue.

Very frustrating experience. I will never purchase from this website again. Highly disappointed.
