I've used other booking systems in the past but nothing compares to That Time.

In all honesty, I miss the paper diary! But with TT even somebody that hates technology can use it comfortably and understand it easily!
I've been with them since they were quite new.. and even from the in the earlier days they’ve been amazing! And they’ve only got better and better! I genuinely couldn't imagine running my clinic without them. They have completely changed my business.
The system is so easy to use, my clients love it and having Klarna and Clearpay available has been an absolute game changer! And helped my clinic make more money and make my treatment more accessible to every type of client.

The customer service is incredible. They're always improving the system and actually listen to feedback which is so rare these days.

I recommend That Time to every business owner I speak to. I honestly can't imagine ever using another booking system.
Only negative I have is… I have to update the app because you’re constantly making it better! 👏🏼🫶🏼

One of my favourite features is the Klarna integration, which allows my clients to spread the cost of treatments. Absolutely love that time been with the company must be over a good year. I moved platforms one month and I came running back. I just way prefer that time !! It’s good/easy and my clients love it too. It basically does EVERYTHING for you from sending consultations / reviews.
Automatic sends reminders to my clients on WhatsApp / emails. NO FEEES at all so it’s so nice to see all your profit and they even track it for you as well even if you want to make goals for you to follow.
Tracks your clients who your top 5 which is nice to see who your loyal clients are. Klarna & Clearpay included which is so good for all my clients to split.

Plus a WhatsApp customer service can’t beat that so they literally get to you within a couple of hours. Easiest booking system I’ve ever used.

Booked a last-minute experience through That Time for a birthday and it was dead easy. Found something decent in about ten minutes, which honestly surprised me. Usually these things take forever to sort. Venue confirmed quickly and everything was straightforward on the night.

I cannot rate this company enough if there were 10 stars a million stars they would get them all.
Vishal reached out to me a few years ago when they were setting up the app. I was with another booking app which was costing me a bomb a month and charging me for every transaction the customer made so all those extra pound or two would add up to hundreds a month. This app doesn’t do that. The customer pays the transaction fees which is not a lot for them a pound or two. The app is reasonably priced cheap even … for all it has to offer for the cost a month. It was one of the first booking apps if not the first to let customers spread there costs via klarna or clearpay for their services. This has quadrupled the amount of clientele I have as they are able to afford expensive treatments in small amounts that they never would have afforded in one go. Any issues with the app or client issues are resolved so so quickly. This allows your business to tick over without any disruptions. I have screamed from the rooftops to all of my fellow business owners to join this app which they have done. They even offer money for every referral you make even though I refer without need for this just because I’m so so happy with amount this has helped my business to grow.

Bookings are easy calenders and organising is easy laying out your services so their visible for clients to book is easy attaching photos and notes is easy.
Money hits your bank smoothly when you get paid from clients via the app.

What makes this app great is you can even suggest areas for improvements so for example I wanted a notes section or to see a week view of the calendar and the team litterally will update the app with improvements all the time so the app just gets better and better.

If you’re thinking about using this booking app don't think just do it. No I don’t want you to use my referral code because I love this app so much I know you will too and I don’t need to be rewarded for showing someone a damn good booking app worth its weight in salt.
