I have nothing but praise for Al Boenker Insurance. Their phone people do something I've never seen any other company do: THE SAME PERSON YOU START WITH CALLS YOU BACK!!!
You don't have to go through the phone tree except once. And their phone tree is not pandering AI. It's just a simple choice path of business/residence, home/car/auto, then you get a real person.
I've used them for years! And I have zero complaints! Today, they helped us resolve a home owners insurance mistake that was made By Travelers. Travelers customer service wouldn't even talk to us about a $3000 dollar overcharge that sent the escrow on our home loan with Rocket Mortgage into a shortage that made our monthly payment go up $400. The real person at Al Boenker hung up with us after listening to the situation to contact Travlers. In less than an hour, he called us back after he got Travelers to correct the mistake. They will be issuing us a $3000 check that we have to wait for by snail mail. Then we will have to put that money back into escrow ourselves with no help from Travelers. Don't get Travelers! But definitely use Al Boenker. Their people are really good at their jobs and actually CALL YOU BACK!
They operate the same way when they contact you to renew insurance, one person calls or emails you if you want to shop around for a lower rate or renew with who you have, then that same person WILL CALL YOU BACK!
