Fast and great service

Called Thanet Locksmiths and Ian was round fifteen minutes later. Diagnosed the problem with my non-opening lock. Fixed it in ten minutes. Brilliant. I thoroughly recommend.

Very pleased with the service we received this morning from Ian. Phoned early this morning as we had a problem with our back door locking he arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem quickly and explained the issue . Very polite and informative very reasonable price. Would recommend.

Ian from Thanet Locksmiths provided an excellent service, entering a property and changing two locks.
He went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

I thought the locks on two doors would need to be changed but this was not the case. Ian examined the doors and said the locks were not the problem, the door hinges needed adjusting so that the locks could work properly. As it turns out leaving the front door as it was could have led to us being locked out of the house. Ian sorted out the problem and we noticed the difference immediately.
Thanet Locksmiths' service was prompt, Ian was courteous, and in addition we learnt some useful tips for the future. I would recommend Thanet Locksmiths.
