The ingredients were fresh. The frozen food still frozen. The wrapping ensured that breakages were unlikely. Arrived at the time slot indicated. Leo beer was 89 pence a bottle. Which nicely offset the cost of the expedited air freight.

Delivery time was amazing
Delivery time was amazing, ordered at 4pm, delivered 9am next day. All well packed and sealed. Only one let down: the Thai basil was flavourless, it looked fresh in its packaging but no flavor whatsoever. Will not hesitate to use this service again.

Unfortunately you chose the incorrect shipping choice, which was England/Wales and not Scottish Highlands. Your order couldn't leave our premises until Thursday afternoon, therefore your fresh products would be left in the courier warehouse until monday and would be ruined. We informed you of this and you chose to cancel. We cancelled the order and gave you a full refund.
