Feels like a scam – order ignored, no support

I placed an order on April 15th. Over two weeks later, I still haven’t received any confirmation, tracking number, or clear information about my purchase. I was contacted once asking for my car model, but after I replied, communication stopped completely. Emails have gone unanswered, and social media messages are being ignored.

Due to the total lack of communication, I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank. The whole situation feels very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
