AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Everything about TGmembership is just perfect!
-The customer support and experience is WOW, unbelievably good. During their working hours they reply very quickly, sometimes within minutes. Also, many companies take days or weeks to fix highly disruptive bugs, but TGMemhership have fixed any issues I had very quickly often within hours, and they really care about feedback.
-The bot has SO MANY features. It has so many options. Far more than I’ve seen with another bot. Also many payment methods.
Honestly, in the beginning I was a bit skeptical because their website looks a bit outdated (especially compared to their main competitor) and I had some doubts about their legitimacy, and also I found it strange their human customer support is done through a bot, but these doubts have all gone away now.
I highly recommend TGmembership for your private groups/channel, makes things sooo easy and this will be the best customer support you ever see!

I initially had a great experience with TGMembership, and I even gave them a 5-star review after six months of using their services. At that time, I believed they were the best tool to monetize Telegram channels and groups, and I had no regrets about trusting them.
However, after my business started to grow, things took a drastic turn. They began asking for payments for services that I supposedly subscribed to, even though I had remained loyal to them the entire time. It became clear that they were attempting to take advantage of my success by scamming me.
If you're serious about running your business smoothly, I highly recommend hiring your own developer and building your own bot. Don’t fall for TGMembership’s tactics unless you’re prepared to lose money to what feels like a cheap scam. Unfortunately, my experience went from positive to very disappointing.
Edit: It's funny the response from the team blamed me for sth I never did, but as a way to justify their fishy ways. I was using them for my business for more than a year, so I know that there's premium add ons etc, but i never enabled them. They started by pausing my bots from time to time, then when I DM'd them, they sent an unreasonable bill claiming I have an unpaid bill and that's why they were making the bot unavailable from time to time. Mind you, I had already paid them the previous months bill which amounted to around $329 and I never complained because it was what I owed them. I think they decided to fake things when they learned I never delayed paying any bill they sent. They got greedy, and I bet right now a good number is no longer using them. Especially established businesses like mine can never use unreliable and untrustable companies.

For clarity:
* Our service never has access to customer funds. Payments from your customers go directly to you (via your own PayPal, Stripe, etc.). At the end of each month, we send an itemized bill for our fee - after you've already received your money. There are no automatic or surprise charges. There is simply no mechanism by which we could "scam" anyone.
* This user was on our legacy TGmembership plan (see tgmembership.com) at the 7% starter rate. Over roughly a year and a half, their total spend with us was about €100, with the highest single invoice being €11.81. Their final bill in March 2025 was €37.59, which they never paid. Even under our highest usage plan, there is no realistic path to the $329 figure they claim - especially given their actual usage history.
* While a customer, they repeatedly violated our terms of service - for example, bypassing limits on how often plans can be changed, and attempting to evade those limits by creating new bots from other accounts. After the unpaid March bill, they made multiple attempts to continue using the service without paying, including methods to bypass account restrictions. At that point, we chose to permanently ban the account - voluntarily walking away from the €37.59 owed - in order to protect our platform and our support team from ongoing misuse and resource drain.
* Claims about bots being “suspended from time to time” while in good standing are false. In this particular case, suspensions were due to the March invoice remaining unpaid beyond the grace period, after multiple reminders.
This review was posted almost six months after they last used our service, and the timing strongly suggests it is intended to damage our reputation or pressure us into removing restrictions or waiving their debt. Neither will happen. We remain committed to operating fairly, transparently, and consistently for all customers.
As this person is no longer a customer and has no active relationship with our business, we will not be engaging with them further. Their review contains no factual statements about our service beyond the name of our business.

The owner tried to justify the scam and fake reason and use the reply as a way to advertise the rebranded scam instead of honestly addressing the issue at hand. Trustpilot is a platform to let people know when using a scam platform. Regardless of the date of experience, a scam is a scam and a fork is a fork. They rebranded to make people think they are a new platform, but they are still the TGmembership scam company.

We take feedback seriously, but this edited review is not a fair or factual reflection of our service.
Trustpilot allows reviewers to edit their rating and text, but in this case the review was changed long after the “date of experience” (Nov 3, 2023) and now makes only a generic accusation (“scam / rude support”) without any invoice number, support ticket, bot name, or example we can verify.
For anyone evaluating us: TGmembership (now rebranded as BotSubscription) does not handle customer funds. Subscriber payments go directly to the creator’s own payment provider (Stripe/PayPal/etc.). We only issue an itemized invoice for our platform fee afterward — there are no automatic withdrawals or “surprise charges,” so the accusation of a “scam” is inconsistent with how the product works.
This update was posted months after the account associated with these claims was no longer active on our platform. We don’t discuss account enforcement publicly, but we can confirm the service relationship had already ended at the time of this edit.
We’re happy to investigate any genuine issue. Please email admin@botsubscription.com and include your bot name and the details of what you believe is wrong. If you can provide those details, we’ll review everything and respond with specifics.
