I purchased dresses for my wedding (bridesmaids) however unfortunately had issues with the zips. Despite I was out of the timeframe for returning the items, customer service were so helpful and provided me a refund in full. They are very quick at responding and I understand they don’t have a system to advise when a return has been received but when I asked for an update, a refund was promptly received. Although I didn’t keep the dresses I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them in the future. Thank you again.

I was very happy with the dress! I had a problem with returning an alternative size, it got lost in transit but the TNFC team were very helpful in retrieving it from another address. Thanks so much for your help!

I was apprehensive about ordering my bridesmaids dresses having read some of the reviews on here. However I decided to take a chance and I’m glad I did.
I contacted customer services following making an error when placing my order and I had a prompt response.
The dresses arrived quickly, I was happy with the quality and the colour of the dresses were the same as online.
2 of the dresses needed to be returned. It states returns can take up to 4 weeks. The dresses were received within 4 days following the return and 8 days after that I had an email to say the refund was processed and could see it pending in my account

I had an exceptional experience with this store’s customer service team. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, handling my situation with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. It’s rare to find such a genuinely helpful and responsive team. Their commitment to their customers is truly admirable. Highly recommend!

I emailed the company with some questions before i made some orders and i must say they got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Very informative and reassuring.

I didn’t end up keeping the products as they weren’t to my bridesmaids taste, but the delivery was quick and the returns simple. There was an issue with the receipt of my return but was quickly and efficiently sorted out after an email to the customer service team which was appreciated. I would recommend TFNC!

Brilliant experience with the customer service here - especially Sianna.

She went above and beyond to help me source 2 dresses that I needed when they were showing as out of stock online, a request that I recognise is often not fulfillable. She kept me in the loop throughout the process and now being a matter of weeks away from the wedding, all bridesmaids have matching dresses!

I love the quality and fit of the dresses. I bought dresses in multiple sizes and I was able to return those that didn't fit without any issues. Excellent customer service too.

Great quality bridesmaid dresses well made with a lining underneath . I do need to also make a special mention to the communications team , very prompt with replying back and couldnt do enough to help me out with what i needed. Will be certainly using/recommending this company again x

Really great customer service, the Royal Mail lost my returns parcel which was really frustrating, and although this was nothing to do with TFNC, they were really helpful and were able to provide me with a credit note. This was despite them not receiving the returned goods and essentially losing out on revenue. I will definitely use them again!

Once again customer service has been absolutely amazing, they’ve helped me to sort out and fix an issue of my own making. Always super helpful and really responsive! Nothing is ever any bother for them!

Great communication and help when I needed another size ordering. Though at the time there wasn't the size I needed, when another customer had returned the size I was after, they informed me and communicated really well with me about how I can reorder and when I would be able to do so! Refund process is awful. No refund from 3 weeks ago. No update, had to chase to see if they had received the parcels, and now having to chase for my money. 3 weeks later and to the date they said it would be in by, still nothing.

Shocking customer service and unwilling to return £200 to me for dresses I have sent back. I had to chase to hear if they’d received my return. They confirmed they received it on the 3/10. It’s now the 25/10 and I still haven’t received my money!

Avoid buying anything from them unless you want to be out of pocket!!

I returned 6 dresses as they were too long for my bridesmaids.
I had no confirmation it arrived back to the warehouse. I had to email them multiple times about my refund and it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. They have finally got back to me and are now saying I didn't return one of the 6 dresses.
This is absolutely disgusting. I returned my entire order and I am still waiting for the refund which is just over £250.

Shocking customer service.

I have had exceptional customer service from TFNC, cannot fault them. Quick delivery times and very good quality products for the price tag! I have bought my bridesmaids dresses from them and will be buying future dresses from them too.
