Oyster card not worthy anynmore
I've been in London several times. And each time I bought and Oyster card and at the end of the stay I had the 5 Pound refund. Not this time. They changed the rules . Now, you have to pay a 7 Pound deposit that nobody Will give you back! It's a robbery for those Who stay for a short period. Next time I'll use contacless method.

They did not refund the ticket's price of my friend's journey back, who was cheated to use your service but it came out it was for another company at the end. We are talking about a couple of pounds only. Customer service staff can reply back to you after some weeks passed. Underground trains can be overcrowded and not exactly puntual.

TFL is obviously not training their drivers properly and it’s so embarrassing. This has happened so many times to me and today was just the worst of it all. I was trying to get on 171 bus that goes to Catford and the driver had clearly seen me walking towards the bus and trying to get in, he was so impatient. He tried to close the door on me while my other leg was still outside and started to move the bus. I was so annoyed and embarrassed like what in the world just happened. This is a really bad service and what he did could’ve resulted in something else like an accident or something much worse. I had to get off the bus and waited for the next one cause I couldn’t get in a bus with a poorly trained and irresponsible driver please do better TFL
Every time I travel
Every time I travel, and I'm not kidding, it's literally every time, there is a problem with TFL. The amount of signal failures, lack of staff and train cancellation is astonishing and absolutely disgusting. London is one of the most expensive cities in the world in terms of travel costs and the service is beyond appalling. TFL, you have NO EXCUSE, Sadiq Khan you have NO EXCUSE...Make a change NOW!!
TFL are absolute scumbags
TFL are absolute scumbags and scammers... They sent me over 10 Ulez fines for days which I already paid on their system.
I wrote to them to inform them of this and they just told me I must have paid someone else I still have to pay them, Then when I went and got the proof of payments from my bank they then told me that it was now out of time and I still have to pay them all anyway.
My question is what happens to all the payments that we make to them that clearly do not get allocated?
I have never received a refund for all the days that I have already paid yet I have hefty fines which I have to pay regardless because their staff are poorly trained and unable to carry out a simple task.
TFL have put me into serious debt, they would not offer any support such as a payment plan to help me clear it, they told me I have 10 days to pay it all or they will just send it to bailiffs which is exactly what they did.
I'm not the only person this has happened to, they are ripping people off left right and centre and seem to be allowed to just get away with it, as if they are not making enough through all these new schemes anyway.

I have had a terrible experience with TFL recently. They keep contacting me to pay £12, which I have already paid. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls to resolve the issue, they continue to waste my time. I provided the invoice and evidence of the payment to avoid any fines, yet they refuse to refund the money.
It's incredibly frustrating that they contacted me to take this payment, only to charge me twice. I added my card details and paid because I believed TFL to be a trustworthy service, but this

Simple as this, this is a big scum/robery/, if someone robs me gun point and you give money to them it’s the same thing. I have lost my card/ bought a new one and as I’m coming the station I found my old one then I thought I get part of my money back, less the 7£ for the card as I haven’t used it, yes right !!! 1st on the station they don’t give unless if you have 10 pounds topped up and I had a travel card zone 1/2 they say you can do it in line as I’m checking there is a 5£ fee I’m thinking 🤔 ok I lost 12£ as I haven’t used the card, not really I spoke to a guy really rude pass him the number and he says the card is not registered (you can only register a card if you have used it wich I didn’t as a guy on the station told me I didn’t need to, as I am explaining it to him he hangs up the phone, I call again 20 minnites later a woman pics up the phone bare in mind they all rude, pass the information then she says the card is not registered I explain I can’t registered as I haven’t used it, she says to refund needs to be registered, then she do the registration (of course ) as they will gain the 5 pounds fee/ 7 for the oyster which I understand an 18 pounds of my travel money even though I did not use it 😤🤯🤬if that is not a robbery I don’t know what is that (they can see I haven’t used it) so how can they charge someone if they haven’t used the card!!! And the woman said if you want I transfer it to you old card (what good would that be if I would loose 5 days of paid travel, if I take the 20 pounds refund, I’d loose 30 pounds (7£ understandable for the card) 23 pounds the Robert from TFL and it takes up to 5 days well I paid AND IF THE REFUNDED IS WANTED YOU HAVE TO WAIt !!! I and my mother have had the most upsetting experience with TFL I’ve been black mailed by a customer service representative also they threatened me to pay otherwise they would send the bailiffs. I had to pay a big amount with the customer representative shouting at me to say they can’t do anything I had been pleading for help.
