They are experiencing delays due to Covid-19.
I thought I was getting scammed at first, but it turns out their struggling along with everyone else in regards to the coronavirus causing delays. I received a package of tag lines that were good, and were what I was expecting. I was freaked out because it took a week and their phone number doesn't work and their chat is permanently offline. But the agent that called me today said they are trying to get a handle on all of that and get it up to speed. I put 4 stars just due to the inability to get a hold of someone. But they did produce quality work, so that's all that matters in the end. But they should really give clients a heads up if it's going to take longer than the 24-48 hours as advertised. I have no problem waiting for quality work, as long as I'm able to stay in contact with them and they're letting me know how it's going.
