I have used a fair few SMS platforms in my years as a online comms professional.
I have yet to use a platform with better interface and functionality and can't recommend Textiffy highly enough.
If you need to use a SMS platform do yourself a favour and use this one, you won't regret it.
Great services and customer service.
The APIs are great, and we're looking to transfer our general marketing campaigns over.
I've had to contact customer service probably around 3 times over the month, and it's always been a very positive experience.
Our company has been using Textiffy for a month now, and though we occasionally looked around to see if there are other services, we always circle back to Textiffy. They offer all the tools we could ever need, can’t find anywhere better pricing than they’re offering

I was quite surprised on how pro-active the employees were: I signed up for the service, and was contacted the same day with a gentle email: "Is there anything I can do to help?" The couple of questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. My project and I were actually *supported* by customer support!

I am going to describe my experience as a Developer working with their services (API). Their support for developers is professional. Textiffy APIs and documentation are some of the best in the industry. They have several SDKs and are maintained regularly which makes creating applications and integration with Textiffy much easier. Big SHOUT out to the engineering team!
