Good material, delivered fast after resolving issue.
I like the two fabrics I got, i think the quality is very good, and the choice on the website is quite wide. There was an issue with one of the fabrics I ordered (a 3rd one), Textielstad let me know in advance that the batch is defect and asked if I wanted another colour. I wanted photos of the defect, and that took very long and i did not get photos at the end (after a week), so i asked to replace the fabric with other items from the shop. What was disappointing was that even though the fabric was defect, they did not let me order it and have the possibility of returning it (fabrics are not to be returned, point) if the defect was too problematic. I this is how I lost a week trying to find out what the defect was. I also think i was the more proactive side in resolving the issue.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't what you expected. We do need some time to be able to take pictures of a defect on the fabric as this isn't something we normally do. If you can't wait this long, it's always up to you if you want to go ahead with the purchase or if you want us to take out the fabric. As fabrics are a personalised item, cut to size by your request, it is not possible to return them, even in case of a defect. I'm happy to see however that the fabrics you received make you happy. We're hopeful to offer you a great experience and see you again at Textielstad soon.

The humans make the difference
I choose to order from textielstaad because I need good fabric in a short time. Surprisingly the order took longer than expected, and I discovered it was because I had ordered something out of stock.
It could have been notified more clearly but Leonie from customer service was exceptional. In 5 minutes they found an equivalent product and by the end of the day the order was shipped. Received the following morning!

Untrustworthy
Fabric was fine but the people working there are rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy, stingy, and accusatory. You’d better make sure you get what you order because if you have to deal with them, you’re in for a bad time.

2 orders and still counting
I'm starting my sewing hobby, and I enjoy very much the fact that the website is easy to navigate, that it helps me to understand how the fabrics are and where I can use them, and I like the fact that most of the fabrics have free samples available.
I'm impressed by how fast and the service is, and by the quality of the packages.
The fabrics are always impeccable and so far the quality didn't disappoint.

I bought a linen/viscose mix
