I do like the texting and phone service. I do not like the commercials and sometimes the calls drop most importantly the phone service is good.

Customer service has been great from initial setup to answering any ongoing questions.

Unable to use the service I paid for. They make it nearly impossible to cancel directly and claim they're unable to do it from their end and continue to charge you.

Having both written instructions and having a phone meeting to discuss the process and answering any questions made it easy to understand what to do and how to get started.
After that the program is easy to use and explicit about length of messages and cost.

Textedly does a Fantastic job. We send around 6,000 messages each month. No complaints from about 300 recipients. Thank you for a job well done!

Legitimately some of the best support I have ever received. I used this for my wedding planning, updates, and announcements for the guests. I had some brief trouble starting to use it and so I sent them an email asking about 1 issue I had. They responded with a solution, and also instructed me on how to make it work better for my needs, I did not ask them for anything except the solution to my current issue and they gave me detailed instructions on optimizing it to my needs and even instructed on how to avoid other issues they anticipated I may run into setting things up. They went the extra mile for it and I am very thankful for that. The services were easy to setup and manage, they make everything very simple to use. If you are considering a service like this, I strongly recommend giving it a try.

Absolutely disaster of a company. Rude, engaging in personal attacks, and stole my data. Do not use these people; they're a nightmare.
