Samples arrived as requested. Sofa and chair ordered from Arighi Bianchi.

Was slightly disappointed at paying over £3.5K for a sofa and chair that we would have had to pay an extra £250 for the 2 cushions that were available - which we decided against. No need for that extra charge really.

Great customer service and products

It was wonderful being able to order fabric samples so we could match the sofa with the room.
Ordering was made so easy and the samples arrived within a couple of days...to Jersey no less, so very impressed.

Top Quality Sofas. I bought the Jacaranda midi in graphite bagru fabric and couldn't be happier with the way it looks (fabulous) and it's comfort. I have bought a Tetrad settee before and they last for years due to being very well made and are also stylish. The prices are reasonable too.
I'm so glad that they are still going.

We bought The Havana sofa and 1 matching arm chair through Taskers of Accrington. They were very helpful and products arrived on time. We are extremely happy with the quality and comfort absolutely superb. We were pleased to buy something that was made locally and not imported from the other side of the World.

Hi Mate, I had ordered two tetrad Lewis armchair, mahogany leg, bracken Heringbone . But I promised my Clint about deliver time. But John Lewis said to me about delivery time 12 weeks. Please could you deliver 8 weeks?

Visited the outlet today from Newcastle (300 mile round trip) we had visited for something we had seen online, but in the event saw something else albeit more expensive. The quality is exceptional and secured a £4,600 sofa for £2080 British made next door and fantastic value. Alfie could not have been more helpful, talking through things and effectively upsold us another chair! Nothing was too much trouble for him and a real credit to the company.

Tetrad offer the opportunity to experience to touch and feel their sample fabric in our home. Availing of the six samples sent to our home has allowed us to create our mood board prior to making our final choice 🙂
