Commande jamais reçue!! J’ai écrit un mail aucune réponse de leur part… Première commande et bien très déçue! 31 euros dans le vide je vais faire opposition!!!

Erreur de taille pour la deuxième fois
Fan de ces tétines et clientes fidèles, voilà deux fois que je reçois une taille différente de celle commandée. Le service client me propose gentiment de m'en renvoyer mais que dans certaines couleurs très précises (???)
Les tétines initiales pouvant toujours être commandées, pourquoi ne pas simplement me renvoyer ma commande et corriger leur erreur ??
