Overpriced and zero service

Overpriced, but the worst of all is the service - respectively, once we bought, they stopped communicating with us. This is absolute ignorance and they are just telling us that they don't care about us at all, the only importance for them is to get our money. I have never experienced something that horrible like this before.

Overpriced Poor Quality Rubbish

I'm a property photographer, tethering to an iPad. I move a lot, but generally carefully. Had a tethercable and Cable Support Kit.

Cable is too heavy, constantly pulls on iPad port. Got support kit to ease the weight. Except magnets not strong enough. Eventually led to snagging cable, which failed due to poor build on USB-C connector.

Then, last job, one of the support kit tabs just feel off and is lost forever. They charge £30 for a few bits of small plastic that probably cost 50p to make. Extremely poor quality, doesn't do the job and is now lost.

Brilliant.

Contacted customer service. They didn't want to know - just made excuses.

Complete joke

Complete joke, from the product I bought to the customer support. I bought the TetherBoost Pro USB 3.0 Core Controller, the power cable and a cable lock. Then I contacted the customer support since the core controller thingy didn't fix my D810's tethering problem on my Mac. Now they say "they're going to see if they can help with the return of the power cable" even thought I want to return everything. Wasting time with them since days. Stay away!
