Iv tried phoning Bennachie lodge hotel Kemnay 8 times mostly there was no answer. But when they did answer they would keep cutting me off . That to me is quite appalling for a business . I wanted to check if I had a booking with them . From 15-17 November . Since I can’t cancel with booking.come. Who haven’t confirmed the booking I made yesterday. It’s a pity you to give these company 1 star. They don’t deserve 1 star . Customer service for this company is dreadful .

Bought a ticket through Best price ticket airline total scam .(DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS AGENCY )All their reviews are fake .So here’s their scam you pay the price advertised ,then you have to call their number .When yiu ask for your reservation number they will tell you let me call their airline that you booked with .They will put you on hold and say oh this isn’t available anymore the airline sold out of these prices, but for an extra fee each way you pay an additional amount which adds up to the same amount if you went directly through the airline companies website . These people are out of India and they are giving me fictional names such as Mark and Phil who which is bs .After speaking with these fictional people with fake names I hung up called the airline that I booked with through their services and my reservation was never made I was not even in the airlines system .So they charge a big fee and then charge you for the actual plane fee so you pay double.I disputed it with my cc company and the charges were reversed as I sent the credit card company all the information and who I spoke with including the airline I was going to fly with .Do not go through these guys it’s all a scam .
