Not convinced

As far as I could see, 14 accounts were set up, but only 1 downloaded the app and communicated with me. After the first 3days I heard nothing and went to a competitor for their program.

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. We take this seriously, but I’m a little confused by your experience. According to our testing records, the assigned testers did download the app, so I’m not sure which app or testing campaign you’re referring to.

There are also cases where testers may not be able to access an app because of availability, invitation, country, or other access restrictions. We publish notices about such issues on our website and also communicate important testing-related issues by email.

We also didn’t receive any message from you during the testing period about testers not downloading the app or becoming inactive. If you had contacted us at the time, we would have been happy to investigate and take action.

Used Testerbee to complete the 14-day…

Used Testerbee to complete the 14-day closed testing requirement for my app on Google Play. Everything went smoothly. What stood out was the support: I had misconfigured something in the Play Console and testers weren't getting access — they spotted it, walked me through the fix, and extended the testing window by a few days at no extra cost so the misread on my end didn't cost me the whole run. Requirement met, app moving to production. Recommended.

Reliable and Efficient Closed Testing Support

This was my first time using TesterBee's testing services, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Their app testing was highly efficient, providing thorough coverage and regular feedback throughout the mandatory 14-day period. I particularly appreciated their flexibility in extending the testing to 16-18 days to ensure the Play Store approval wouldn't fail. Thanks to their dedicated support, our Closed Testing phase was approved, and the app was successfully published. Highly recommended!

Solid, dynamic and helpful support.

Akash and the rest of the team reached out immediately and we maintained a dialogue throughout the testing. Some of the feedback led to some important enhancements. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I needed 12 testers for Google Play closed testing and TesterBee delivered fast — testers were accessing the app within hours and communication over WhatsApp was quick and helpful throughout. The setup with the Google Group was straightforward and worked exactly as described. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone stuck on the 12 testers / 14 days requirement.

I've had a positive experience using TesterBee. The website is easy to navigate, and the testing opportunities are straightforward. The instructions for each task are clear, making it simple to complete tests without confusion.
