I payed for 6 books, only 3 delivered -> I wrote 2 E-Mails to support(at)testbank4textbook.com NO reaction???!!

It is a scam, I placed the order and paid, then I'm redirected to their site and there is no download link.
I contacted them, they replied after more than two days and asked me to pay again, I provide the transaction details proving that I have already paid, since then they ignore me completely.
Do not purchase from them, you are only going to loose your money.
All these positive reviews seem to be affiliated with them.
Do not fall for the samples they provide on their website, those samples are available everywhere on the internet.

It is a FRAUD. They did not send me my book and will not answer emails. There is no phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I am writing to formally notify you that the product I ordered (Order ID: 51133) was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, my account and/or access to support has been blocked, leaving me without any recourse.

This situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation and one of the following remedies within 7 days:

Full refund to the original payment method; or

Immediate shipment of the purchased product with tracking information and a confirmed delivery date.

If you fail to resolve this matter promptly, I will escalate the issue to my payment provider and file official complaints with consumer protection authorities and relevant online fraud reporting services. I expect a written response confirming the action you will take by return email.

I ordered the solutions manual for Principles of Communications 6th edition by Zeimer.

I was sent the solutions manual for the 5th edition, different from what I ordered and paid for.

I sent several messages to the support department to correct their error, but as of this writing, I haven't received a response.

Your website has many test banks that show up as supposedly available but I’m told no test banks are available, only solutions manuals and study guides. Which is kind of interesting, since your website is titled “testbank4textbook.com. It’s time to change the name of the website if none are available.

I recommend the site to sell instructor solution manual not to mix with the students manuals. One math book I want instructors solution manual but instead I receive student manual. Confuse…,,,.

They refuse to exchange my order placed by mistake. Their cover page for the soln manual and text bank are the same. So I placed an order for text bank by mistake while I needed the soln manual. I let them know and want an exchange, but to no avail.

The experience is great, if the sending time is faster it would be perfect.
