Assisted today by Adam Barbosa and was able to get a good reduction on my policy, as I had just received my quote today from my current insurer. Adam ensured I got a policy that provides me the same level of cover at a better price so very happy with that. Adam took time to go over everything to ensure I was happy. I was wanting to get a comparison on Medical Insurance's and found Tessa Alliance. Aaron Jones went through what I was looking for as I had been with a company who’s price increases were getting out of hand. Aaron came back to me with 3 alternatives that met my personal needs. Explaining each one very professionally and in great detail. No selling pitch. I have now got the exact policy I was hoping to find. A big thank you to Aaron and his company and the plus is they will always be at the end of phone to answer questions and go through my policy next year.

Continuously calling to try & sell health insurance - very annoying

Also note that these calls came from many different geographical regions/STD codes - you block one number & another is used - typical of the dodgy practices by scammers & spammers who just pass your number on to the next "salesperson"

I had health insurance with Bupa for over 10 years but their price was hitting the roof for myself to cope with..So desperation I tried to find a new health insurer. Firstly I had text to say the company was going to call me Then the person called was Aaron Jones .He was polite and very knowledgeable. We were given Zain’s name by a friend of mine who recommended him and we found him very respectful and understanding to our situation. He was vey helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find the right health policy which covered our needs.
He is our point of contact if we have any further questions and will contact us again when our policy is due for renewal. He made the whole experience easy to understand considering our ongoing health issues.

I was approaching an age when medical and or surgical input was seeming inevitable. I had always assumed private medical insurance started expensive and then multiplied. i gingerly tested the water and requested comparative quotes.
Over the phone, an Aaron Jones from an unaffiliated Tessa Alliance laid out a clear range of possible options. That they were surprisingly eminently affordable and seemed comprehensively supportive of offering some protection from foreseeable and imagined threats to my future health triggered my interest.
There was no pressure or urging. i then requested the paperwork to study as I do not much trust myself on the phone. The policies arrived a few days later and I could find no possible or potential traps. After some reflection and speaking with equally surprised peers, I arranged a further phone meet. All queries were answered. Those that had confused were disentangled easily.
With some relief that I had so arranged such protection for any possible future medical need with their straightforward and open explanations and open provision.

Having decided to switch from my Health Insurance company, I was advised to use a health insurance broker. I was contacted by Zain Rameez. I cannot express how fortunate I was. Zain was incredibly helpful,understanding of my needs and extremely accessible. One couldn't but be impressed by his professional, efficient and knowledgeable approach. Nothing was too much bother for him. I had many questions which he answered promptly and he was extremely patient in explaining certain aspects of the new policy.

I had a really good experience with Tessa Alliance helping me choose a new private health provider, in particular the knowledge and expertise of Zain Rameez was so useful and helpful in assisting me to give me valuable information to change providers.

I dealt with Aaron who was extremely helpful and very professional. Have had Health Insurance for many years with PPP then AXA PPP from when AXA took over the service went downhill rapidly. I was so disenchanted with AXA who increase their fees every year beyond any logical explanation. I was going to self fund but Aaron found the right company and saved me a lot of money compared to Exhorbitant AXA.
