FAKE leather !!

I ordered NAPPA leather seat bottoms for my Tesla and I’m 100% sure the seat bottoms are some form of plastic definitely not leather!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY

Great Customer Service and Quality Products

The handle protectors I received for my Model Y were exactly as advertised; after installing them (which was a very easy process), I made a mistake and had to re-apply one of the handles which even though I didn't get a perfect application to my handle, fell off in a car wash months later. I contacted customer support and asked if they could send a replacement, which they did at no additional cost to me (they just asked me to cover the shipping which I thought was fair). Being more confident with putting it on, all handle protectors are now firmly fixed to my Model Y's door handles and look great, still standing up to car washes and rainy weather even after a year. More than anything their customer service was noteworthy and they're very consumer friendly on top of providing a product which looks great and fits my car perfectly. Thank you Rio at Tesery!

Good products, great customer service!

I purchased wheel covers for our 2026 Model Y to replace the cheap covers provided by Tesla. The covers I originally ordered, although the website indicated they fit our model, did not. I notified Julia in customer service and provided a screenshot of their site that indicated they fit. She immediately placed a new order for the covers I wanted that do fit. I received the new covers and installed them immediately. The install was fast and easy. Now, when I drive the Y, there is no more clicking! I'm glad I found Tesery. Give them a shot, you'll be happy you did!

Great prices, and even better customer service. I had a part go bad several months after installation and simply reaching out was enough to start a replacement. Absolutely will be back for more goodies!

Still haven’t received the item and…

Still haven’t received the item and it’s been about two weeks since I placed the order. It says shipped but no details on when it will arrive. When I pay close to $500 for something, I expect to receive specific details on the status of my order. This is unacceptable.

Don't skip the video

QR code for video instruction did not work . I skipped the video thinking the instructions were clear and easy enough ;Don't skip the video!

Written instructions are not perfect. Bar included to make room for the metal brackets under the glass is not for prying the glass up but for moving the seal out of the way.

My glass broke. definitely a problem on my part but the QR link not working was a major bummer.

Rack looks good fits great

Problems with locking mechanism were addressed very quickly with teslery.com via email
