Item came in very good time all wrapped in a secondary box with bubble bags and bubble wrap inside to protect the item.

First time buyer from this site, Charizard box arrived damaged. Although they have said they will replace it, they will not pay for me to send it back, even though it is being returned through no fault of my own. So £4 out of pocket to return.
Most companies will pay return shipping due to their error.

Will update when I receive my item back.

Item has been received back with myself. Changed rating as they turned the exchange around pretty quickly and was responsive when messaged. Also pack of toploaders was thrown in. Thanks

Bought an Umbreon box from the Chinese 25th anniversary set. It is stunning 😍

Had a conversation running with Jason (man in charge) on Facebook with other things. After placing my order on the site, he thanked me and I put two and two together as I had no idea!

I have now made a few purchases through Terrors TCG for Pokémon products and I am left extremely happy each time. Deliveries are super quick, they are very quick to reply to queries and they make sure to update you on the status of your orders and their stock levels for each allocation especially with the Pokémon TCG delays recently.

Delivered 36 hours after ordering on a standard delivery rate. Great value too. Would highly recommend!
