After years trying out different hosting providers I was introduced to TerraNetwork by my employer in 2014. Since then Terra has been my go-to. Best support ever, great and clean UI in the admin area and very competitive prices.
Probably the best ongoing customer service I have ever received from a host provider. Over the last few years any support requests I've made have been answered within the hour, usual well within 30mins. The hosting is really straight forward to setup and manage via the Terra Network website and control panels. Hosting performs really well for the types of website we build, predominantly Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart.

I've used Terranetwork hosting since 2010 and have never had any problems with their excellent service, infact I can't remember there being any downtime at all. As a web developer looking after various websites it's essential that the hosting I use is reliable and support is quick and helpful.
