I ordered quite a number of pieces from them because I found their designs good. But quality-wise I wouldn’t recommend. On their rings— the stones are not properly glued, so the stone falls off on its own (despite not dropping it or putting pressure, etc) I got two rings on separate occasions, and one of those was broken in just a week. The chains of their necklaces are not long-lasting either, I got one from Terragems and one from LaLune.Co (their sister company), and both of those were broken in less than a year. Comparing to other local jewelry stores, their price point is higher but sad to say that the quality is not as good. To be fair, they offer free repairs, but you have to shoulder the shipping fee to their warehouse. Still quite inconvenient. Hope they can improve on their workmanship and give better customer service.

Owner of their shopee store blocks users after giving a low star review. But its fine its not like ill buy again from them if they cant take criticism. Lol.

We have clearly indicated that the price of the ring sizer is 30 pesos and you had the option to buy from somewhere else if you feel that this price is not reasonable. You were also advised that the our main products are gemstone jewelry and that we don’t profit anything from the ring sizers as this is mainly for potential clients who want to know their ring size plus we got then for the same price we are selling it for. We have also sent you the link where we bought it from out of transparency. You have sent us a screenshot of another seller selling is for 14 pesos which was discounted from 70 pesos. We even offered to credit you back 16 pesos out of goodwill but you still went ahead in writing this feedback which is clearly made up. I feel that we have gone above and beyond to try and instill your confidence that we did not overprice the ring sizer.

Terrible, rude overpriced onlinestore in Manila. BE SPECIALY AWARE OF THERE SHOPPEE STORE!!! VERY RUDE OWNER!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
