I’ve had the panels for the past two years when I signed the contract. It was before the holidays so it took a while to get the permits done and also the HOA approval, but it was installed in January. I signed the contract in November….. I was tired of FPL‘s not having a stable amount every month for a single mom with two kids I needed stability… so I took a chance with my eyes closed, signed the contract and I said here we go no one else at the time had the solar panels from Tarra only the administrative office in the association where I live

The Terra Energy team has been fantastic thus far. Always a quick response to inquiries and friendly interactions. The install team was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Looking forward to getting the system fully commissioned and operating. Can't say enough good things so far!

Great service from start to finish and such a great bunch of lads , everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble , smashing to deal with a company passionate about what they do and gave me great advice in a solar market where people will you sell things you don’t want . I had a hypervolt charger installed by them and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start they were very prompt and helpful in responding to my queries and booking in the installation. The installation itself was great as well - efficient, professional, and carried out to a high standard. The team clearly knows their stuff, and I felt confident in their expertise throughout the process. My charger has been working perfectly since, I would definitely recommend them

Terra Energy recently installed an extensive solar panel and battery system at our home. The service was flawless from quote to completion. The whole team were very courteous, respectful, and conscientious during the installation. Struggled to find a local Electrician interested in a small job and would be within my budget. This, my first experience with Terra Energy, was a pleasant one. Terra came out to me from quite a distance and assessed the job. Once quote was accepted they managed to fit me into their schedules within a few days. They came on the day we arranged and were on time despite all the flooding in the area. They supplied & installed a new shower light and earth bonded my gas meter for safety, which had been recommended by my gas engineer at the last boiler service. Liam who fronts the company was polite and courteous and listened to what I wanted before pricing me up. Matthew the electrician also polite and considerate did a neat and tidy installation, He was thoughtful of my carpets and cleaned up afterwards. Before he left I mentioned a future project I might be thinking of doing and together we discussed any issues which might arise. I am very pleased overall with this young company and would consider using them again in the future. Must not forget Aleksandra in the office who kept me up to speed with everything. Thanks guys a good job well done!

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Just had solar panels and battery installed. Liam, Adam and Matt worked so hard - very good work ethic. Professional, respectful and friendly. Tidied up after themselves (always a plus)
Dan was so quick to respond to any of our queries, we were never kept waiting for answers to our many questions.
They installed good quality equipment at a reasonable price.

Car charger advice and install - I took 4 quotes from 2 big suppliers and 2 local firms. Dan and his team were easily the most professional and at a very competitive price. The job was done cleanly and professionally including an upgrade to our fuse board all included. Safe and sound work. No hidden extras.

Just had Liam round to install an Andersen A2 charger. Fantastic job I've added a pic. He was very professional and friendly, and tidied up after himself. Would definitely recommend!
