I had occasion to contact the company by email. I did receive a reply fairly promptly from the first contact and was advised to contact their nearest depot to me which proved to be in Liverpool. This l did which involved a repetition of my previous message and a request for help and costing. What happened? Nothing. No reply. You offer people money these days but they don't want to know. They do not even have the decency to reply. Communication 0.

I called the Gillingham branch of Terraclean after failing my MOT emissions test on my otherwise perfectly running car. I was assured that their procedure would get me through the MOT, but instead I couldn't even get to the testing station. The car would stall after running about a minute.

As you might expect I was told it had nothing to do with their procedure and was then quoted an exorbitant amount to fix what they thought was the issue was. I went elsewhere and had to have a lot of work done to get my car back up and running.

Apparently cars older than 5 or so years can get in real trouble from Terraclean. Definitely avoid!
