Mein Aquarium wurde beim Versand mit der Spedition leider beschädigt. Ich habe daraufhin den Inhaber kontaktiert und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Innerhalb von zwei Wochen wurde mir ein neues Becken angefertigt und von Alfred persönlich vorbei gebracht, das kaputte hat er auch gleich mitgenommen. Super Kundenservice, das Becken hat eine top Qualität und ich bin sehr zufrieden!
