Terminal X Israel does not comply with their declared delivery promises
Terminal X Israel does not comply with their delivery commitments. This has happened twice whereby i ordered an item which they guaranteed delivery within 2 business days. The item was not delivered and no communication from their support to indicate a delay. Furthermore if you use a gift card and then cancel due to their mistake, you do not get a cash refund but instead a credit which means you are forced to purchase another item on their website despite you knowing they have serious issues with delivery guarantees. Would not recommend them at all.
