Used TVS 3 times now. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All 3 jobs done quickly, great service, thoroughly recommended.

The staff were great, explained everything, and went through my requirements fully.
They said it would take a week to 10 days to be done, and 2 days later, they messaged to say it had been done.
The standard of work is 100%
I had an awning strip added to a club air canopy, definitely recommend.

From the very moment in got in touch with Tent Valeting Services (TVS) initially via email, then by phone the communication has been excellent. I confirmed the work we required getting an awning zip replaced on one panel and another panel restitched and was given a very reasonable quote. The information about how to get the awning to TVS (we used ParcelForce) was nice and clear.

We dispatched the awning on a Tuesday, had a phone call on the Thursday to clarify some additional details and we received the awning back on the Friday, so a 4 day turn round. Payment was over thephone with no drama.

I will definitley reccomend this company to my fellow caravanning comrades.

Prior to last year we had known Tent Valeting Services for about 8 years and mainly for repairs to our Isabella Porch awning. Over the years they carried out various almost undetectable repairs to rubbed canvas and replaced the piping. All were very cost effective to us and kept the awning in tip top condition.
We wanted a new full all season awning to use and be left up for 8 months of the year, so we started the conversation with Steven in preparation for the new site.
When this season started, we sent photos of the caravan on pitch and measurements. Nothing was left to chance by Steven and within a week we received our new awning. Just as promised.
Yes there were a few glitches mainly due to the slope of the pitch hampering roof drainage ... But Steven was always willing to have video calls to see and clearly explain how to fixit. Just over 7 months on he gave us advice on how best to clean and treat the awning when we pack it away. Well underway now and we can't fault anything.
In fact we have just purchased a light small porch awning to use for the end and start of the seasons.

We decided to get a bigger caravan and then discovered our porch awning fouled one of the windows. Having used TVS some years ago I contacted them again to see if anything could be done. Advised to bring it in so they could check. Happily they advised that they could extend it but warned me that colour fabric would be slightly different. I was happy to accept this as isabella porch was only 2 years old and I really didn't want to buy another. Delighted with outcome. As they advised, Yes fabric is lighter but it will darken in time and it matches the trim on awning plus it is tapered and largest area is behind roof poles. Work done at both sides of awning so it matches. Plus I can open my window again. Thank you TVS.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, fitting a zip to an awning we had bought. Steven knew we were going away the following weekend and got the job done and returned it via carrier so we could use it. Really helpful and informative. Highly recommended.

Two awnings in for repair recently.
On one, we asked for a modification by replacing two side windows with fabric. Fantastic job - exactly what we asked for. Other required correction of a repair made by different company. Again excellent. For customer service, cost and efficiency, cannot recommend TVS enough. Thanks Graham and Team.

Absolutely brilliant service sent our awning off for repair at short notice. Graham did an exemplary service when I arranged collection and DPD Failed to pick it up he sent it by royal mail and we got next day would recommend this company every time

We bought a brand new awning through tent valeting services and after it arrived we went to site to put it up but whilst doing so we came across a problem with the awning so we contacted Graham and he was so helpful in resolving the issue and we've since bought more equipment from this lovely family run company thanks

Called in yesterday to have zips looked at on my daughters porch awning ,and the polite professional service Stephen gave was amazing can't praise him enough, and me being a Liverpool fan didn't make a difference as he's a man utd fan joking aside use these people you won't find anyone better many thanks again Stephen cheers Fred

They extended my porch awning , and also repaired my full size storm damaged awning , brilliant workmanship at a very good price. Make sure you use this company.
