We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.

I had an issue with the ladder on my XL…
I had an issue with the ladder on my XL Lite. I contacted TentBox when it noticed the issue and the following day, they reached out and offered to send a replacement, free of charge, so as not to delay my next adventure!
I love my TentBox, me and my daughter sleep better in it than we do our beds! I am super impressed with their customer service. Ella has been particularly awesome!

I have just ordered the XL tentbox after staying in one lastnight. These things are amazing and I had to purchase as soon as I got home.
Comfort was great
Space amazing
The way I could see all the views around me incredible.
I was confused about if it would go on our vehicle and Anna called me. She helped me get what I needed and we had a lovely natter! After telling her about my dogs she suggested the steps, so of course I got those too.
If you need support talk to Anna because she was amazing. Customer service was above and beyond and personally I think this woman needs a bonus.
Can’t wait for it to come we will be exploring everywhere at ease.

Amazing help from Jon!!
I had a fantastic experience speaking with Jon regarding a few questions I had about a TentBox. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered.
I asked whether TentBox offered a student discount, which unfortunately they don’t, but Jon kindly offered me a 10% discount valid until the end of the month instead. I really appreciated this gesture and the effort he made to help me out. I had various questions about the the TentBox in general and he answered all of them perfectly!
Jon was also extremely quick to respond to my messages, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. His customer service was genuinely excellent, and it’s clear that he really cares about helping customers.

Needed a TentBox Lite 1.0 Adaptor Kit…
Needed a TentBox Lite 1.0 Adaptor Kit so that the tunnel awning I got for my daughter’s birthday would fit her tentbox 1.0. I couldn’t find one to buy anywhere, so I contacted the product specialists by sending an email and I received an email back in less than a minute from Jon with a link to buy the adaptor kit and a discount code too. Thank you Jon for saving the day for my solo travelling daughter. This is the quickest support I’ve received from any company.

Southampton" fab Tentbox team
We visited the Tentbox Southampton display today with a vague idea that maybe a car roof tent might suit us. Due to the excellent set up there and the fab team, James and his female colleague whose name I have forgotten, sorry! we are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of our Lite XL and the adventure's that will ensue.I don't part with that kind of money on a whim but I was genuinely impressed by the product and the team, I was worried about getting the hard sell treatment but no fear the guys honestly answered all our questions and let us try everything out for ourselves. 10 out of 10 for service, we'll done Tentbox.

You were right that apologies are not much use on their own. Your delivery was cancelled after the TentBox was damaged in transit, and the real failure on our side was not promptly telling you or giving you a firm new date to work with.
Since then we have picked this up properly with you. A replacement has been arranged and a confirmed new delivery slot, so you had an actual date rather than another promise.
