Within only 4 uses( we bought for our children) and well under a year of purchase, the bouncer will begin to rip at the seams with only the use of small children.
I would be careful when purchasing for a company to rent out, it may not last at all.
As the company states, you only get a 90 day warranty. So if your buying it for personal use, I recommend using the heck out of it within that time period to ensure there are no defects in the craftsmanship. Otherwise, the company will agree that the seams were sewed incorrectly (bunched) and offer their $13 glue to help, and ensure the integrity of the bouncer is not compromised. Oh and $100 back. Cool gesture I guess for a $1,000 purchase we are now afraid to use. Let’s slap a band aid on a gash and hope it won’t bleed anymore later down the line. Let’s see how long glue keeps something from continuing to be tore when pressure is applied as it is supposed to be.
All in all, the problem lies with me and they attempted to help.
Just beware purchasing the Rental Lite Rainbow Modular Bounce House when money is limited in this economy. It does not last!

I got 2 tent last year and both came a part when we assembled them. I was so patient talking with them sending videos is already 11 months and they don’t have a solución. And I’m not getting profit for this. Mark, he said is the owner text me one time saying he will get back to me and I’m still waiting for his reply. I’m reading all the comments in this website and is exactly the same thing it happened to me . Worst product and customer service

We are a non-profit organization in Vermont, we bought a tent with a grant we got from the state to do events in the green for the community. When I was talking to the person who I bought the from offer me a used tent, I asked her about the condition of the tent and she said it was almonst new with some wear and tear. I specifically asked her about holes and she said they were inspected and they were used but in very good condition. We got the tent in late fall last year and it was cold here already and didnt have where to open it and check it so we store it. When we opened the tent it had at least 20 to 30 holes, some big ones patched with duck tape. When I called them they offered me for us to pay another $800 to get a replacement. I told them that we dont have the budget to pay that. This company lacks of ethics and I would not buy anything else from them

I own my own company and have purchased commercial tents from numerous companies. This was the 1st time that I purchased from them and when realizing that the poles come apart, I knew it was not heavy duty.

I hadn't even opened the boxes and called them to return the items. They insisted I pay an $1800+ restocking fee to return.

I could understand that if I had opened them and took things out and had to re package them to return but they were not even opened.

Absolutely ridiculous...

The tarp seems to be of good quality, but the olive-drab green tarp pictured on the website turned out to be eye-popping bright, light green. The warning on the product page says, "DISCLAIMER: These tarps are crafted from manufacturer material overruns. The weight and style of the PVC Vinyl may vary." Note that it does NOT say color may vary. It does say the weight (weight = thickness)may vary, but not by how much. Whatever it is, you are stuck with it. I requested a refund and prepaid shipping label to return it, but they said I would have to ship it back at my cost AND pay a restocking fee. I feel cheated and deceived.

I purchased a brand new Mega Modern Rainbow Waterslide from Tents and Tables last summer. When a client rented the waterslide for the first time last week I was highly disappointed when I opened it and discovered it was used, dirty, and molded. What type of company sends someone not only a used inflatable but a nasty one.

Always fast and reliable. All products I have ordered have gotten here quickly. All products are great quality. Customer service has been helpful whenever I have needed them.

This is a very well made tent. Perfect for weekend parties at the house. Easy set up and take down after doing it for the first time. Looks like it will last for years with proper storage. Definitely recommended.
