I was a bit concerned when I read recent reviews but TenpinShop had the bowling shoes I wanted so I thought I would take a chance.
The shoes arrived a few days later than expected but they arrived and are great.

Update. I have now received communication from them, I am still disappointed as I'm have now been advised that due to my review, they have cancelled the order and refunded the money. This could have so easily been resolved if he had responded to my communication before Xmas. I really did do all thtami could to resolve the issue.
I have been using this company for quite a few years, never had an issue. However I placed an order for over £50 in November, nothing received, chased via telephone Instagram text message instant messagner contact via Thier website nothing no response, asked if there was an issue like an illness. Nothing at all. Really not happy. And very disappointed

Very quick to respond with things, very quick delivery, recommend highly!

The bowling shoes are amazing and so cool! My grandson is delighted. The service was also impeccable. I ordered the wrong size but Simon insured that I was sent the correct size and continued to communicate until we had received them. I can’t speak more highly of him or the company - fantastic! Fantastic!

I ordered some bowling shoes on the 2nd of September and I received an email acknowledgement. Standard delivery quoted on the website was 10 days.
I am still waiting for a delivery date. Despite chasing via 2 voicemails and text messages for a week I still do not have a response.
I am nearly £50 out of pocket and I am absolutely appalled with the non existent customer service from this company.
I sincerely hope that by leaving this review I may warn others who are thinking of placing an order.
I also hope that this gets some sort of response from Tenpinshop.

Brilliant service, I had a design Idea and a logo for a custom pin and Si did the rest.

Kept in constant contact with my order and I came out perfectly, will definitely be ordering again in the future

From placing my order to receiving my package, they have been in constant contact informing me of day and time of delivery, which was when stated. I had an issue with the size and had to return for a bigger size and had no issues in an exchange and the company were very happy to help me. I will certainly recommend the company and will use them again in the future.

Clear, quick communication with Tenpinshop. Excellent customer service and a quality product exactly as it was described.

Bought some bowling shoes. I asked for UK size 9. I was sent UK size 8.5's which were too small. Simon explained that the UK sizes were all wrong on the items boxes. I said I wanted to return them and get a full refund including return postage. He gave me the return address and said use standard service with Royal Mail.
I returned them. After three emails He finally responded to offering a refund.
He only offered a refund on the shoes and not the cost of return postage, which he didn't say he wouldn't pay when I asked for return details and a full refund including return postage.
Not a very good buying experience, phone call not answered and emails ignored. They can't send the right sizes because the boxes are marked wrong so we have to put up with their guess of what size fits, then you have to suffer retuning goods.
Beware this site, customer service poor, reviews on site don't reflect their true nature.

I feel this online shop is a con because i bought a product from them and have not received my goods. After waiting three weeks, i have tried to contact them by phone, which always goes directly to answerphone, i have gone through the website contact system and still no reply. I have left several messages and no one has attempted to contact me about my product. I now accept that i have been scammed and must search the product i need from another source. BEWARE OF THIS FAKE COMPANY.
