Billing scam

On March 31 I ordered and paid $14.95 via PayPal for their disk partitioning software. Was a bit concerned when I got an immediate alert from my credit card about the charge, made from outside the USA from an unknown country. But this was a valid charge.

Five days later I get three more emails: from Pay Pal, my credit card and Tenorshare. This time a charge was made on my card for $26.95. Looking at the invoice, it was for a "renewal" of some kind of "duplicate file deletion" software. I had never ordered or even look at such software. When I went to Pay Pal to dispute the charge I discovered that the company had set up a $26.95 recurring payment.

Be very wary of dealing with this offshore company.

Great service and program works great

Great service and program works great. Able to unlock majority of our phones and with any issues that come about, they are able to fix problem. Whether it’s iPhone or android they are able to fix it. Would recommend this program to everyone.

an absolute scam!

My Apple iPad was facing a screen block on 30 Mar 2026, after searching online technical support, I found this online service provider based on its 5 stars feedback and Taiwan domain address, so I trusted it may be a safe one without further research. Before I met an Apple Store technician, I tried to find a service from their website to test my iPad by standard recovery and deep recovery. On 31 Mar 2026, before I input my bank information, their website specified that their products are a 7 day free trial, so I provided my card information. But I was not aware that they charged my card immediately that night, which shocked me. Till now I saw their invoice issued in Hong Kong address. I trust Taiwan, but not HK. After all 5 failed attempts for using their iOS System Repair standard recovery, deep recovery suggested but I did not go through due to my data may lose or damage. Following all their failed instructions, their products still could not work. On 02 Apr 2026, I contacted and submitted a refund request online via their website, the only way they provide for refund, received an email reply on 03 Apr 2026 stating that they cannot refund. As they committed a 7 day free trial before payment, but charged immediately, and refused to refund. It is a scam. Be aware!

Great Job !!

Well, where to start. I was having the worst day of my life but when I reached out to the support team , I didn't have to wait 24 - 72 hours or longer as with other support sites. Tenorshare.com support responded quickly had a solution for my various issues within an hours or even minutes. Now that is what I call service . I was so relieved that I would get what I had spent my funds on and when I ran into problems, they were right there to help me and very courteous and polite and what I needed to know was easy to understand. 5 stars, great job!!

Untrustworthy

On their website it says "Buy Now" for a 1 month license. In the shopping cart the text suddenly changes to "$24.95/month". They'll then continuously charge you on a month basis. Unless you did start a 7 day trial - then it will be $29.99/month. There's a reason why they no longer provide PayPal (which would include buyer protection), absolutely NOT recommended.

I have trusted this app to transfer my…

I have trusted this app to transfer my WhatsApp from android to iPhone and did all the steps and bites it for 28 usd . It took very much time to transfer it and at the end it kept restarting my new iPhone until it went to recovery mode and my new phone did not open again. A very miserable experience and after contacting the seller they refused to turn my oney back before doing the process again and sent them the log file. They could have checked it and seen it because they have my account! I lost my money and time

Fast and Efficient Customer Service

The iAnyGo app itself works quite well, and customer service was very helpful. I accidentally purchased the wrong version of the app and customer service was very quick and flexible in providing me alternative options that would best suit me. They were also very helpful in sorting out shifting my subscription from one device to another.

Whatsapp recovery 👎👎

I purchased Tenorshare UltData – WhatsApp Recovery (1 Month Subscription, 1–5 Devices, 1 PC) specifically to recover deleted WhatsApp messages, but unfortunately, the program did not help at all.

After contacting customer support, I was asked to provide log files, which I promptly sent. They confirmed the issue was escalated to their R&D team, but I received no response for almost a week. I had to follow up myself, and instead of resolving the issue, they offered me to get a different product from their website. I declined and requested a full refund since the software failed to deliver its core function.

To my surprise, they responded by offering only a 20% refund, stating that refund is only due to “technical problems” — a vague and unclear justification.

I am extremely disappointed. I effectively lost 80% of my money for a product that did not work as advertised. This experience feels unfair and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Scammers - NO REFUND POSSIBLE

Scammers, 2gb of free recovery stated on the website aren’t true. You CANNOT recover any data for free. Previews only work for selected formats (of course they were not listed while using the app) NO REFUND POSSIBLE (their refund policy is total FU straight to your face.) Moneyback guarantee is a joke for them, they just wanna take your money without any chance of getting a refund. Absolutely shitty company. 0/10 would not recommend.
