Extremely poor coach training assessment services
Extremely poor coach training service, in my opinion, for those that are not desired connected friend. The group of old friends that manage and run this organisation will always appear to be professional. But in my detailed and in-depth experience the approach they take to marking examinations is deplorable, prejudiced, inconsistent and unfair. The appeals process is not fit-for-purpose as complaints no matter how valid are discarded without a reasonable explanation.
Don't do the Coaching course with Tennis Ireland, paying the fees is like playing Russian Roulette with your money. Although the odds may get better if you are a connected friend and/or ethnological appropriate.
