Great racket, delivered promptly.

Simply put, this is the best place to get your tennis equipment. Great pricing and excellent customer service.

I ordered some new tennis shoes (£100+) and about £30 worth of overgrips. Delivery was fine and the shoes are great, but the overgrips they sent are completely the wrong colour than what I ordered (and what are pictured on the order). After messaging their customer support, it's now just over two weeks and I still haven't had a reply or been able to get hold of them. It's a good job the shoes fit as no idea what I'd have done if I needed to return them. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Terrible after care service. Had to pay £6 to return item which didn’t fit (received as Xmas gift), tag still in place never used but I unwrapped it to try on. Placed item in a new Jiffy bag a few days later (they were closed for returns until January) and returned to them. They confirm the item is in perfect condition on the phone today. They have refused to refund or exchange as it was not sent back in the original packaging. They are now sending the item that does not fit me back to - what a waste of time, waste of money on postage and not very environmentally friendly policy! Avoid avoid!

Excellent company - had a really great experience. Order arrived the next day at no extra cost. Unpacked and there had been a mistake with one of the items - TennisHQ went out of its way to call me within minutes of me reporting the problem. Unfortunately the item I had ordered was now out of stock so they processed a refund immediately and even let me keep the item sent in error, which saves me a lot of hassle. Outstanding customer service (possibly the best I've ever encountered!) and I'll be using again and recommending to others. Thank you.

I accidentally bought the wrong racket by mistake. Contacted TennisHQ which provided the label for the return. New racket was there within a day and money back for the old one within a week. Excellent experience throughout.
