Have refused to refund my subscription renewal charge despite instructing them to cancel within the 14 day legal cooling off period and despite 4 emails instructing them to do so.
I am very very sceptical of offers that seem to good to be true, but this one actually did what it said. For £48 'membership' fee it supplied a pair of high quality tennis shoes worth far more than that even on Ebay (and some rather nasty polyester clothes). The virtual coaching is not my thing but may be of use to someone.
