Don’t recommend this website.

Warranty refused – blamed on “self-inflicted wear” without evidence:

I’ve shopped with Tennis-Point for many years, but this ends my loyalty. My daughter has played competitively since age 4 and has never misused her gear. A Yonex VCORE 100 frame cracked during normal match play—no clash, no drop, and it was strung within the recommended tension by a certified stringer.

Customer service replied that the damage was “self-inflicted wear,” yet provided no concrete indicators to support that claim. When I asked for a technical assessment or to have the racquet forwarded to Yonex for an official inspection, I received no constructive path—just a refusal.

This is not what I expect from a serious retailer: zero transparency, no willingness to investigate, and no goodwill solution. Buyers, beware—if something goes wrong, don’t expect meaningful support.

Update (over a month later):

In their public reply (see below), Tennis-Point claims that:

They “inspected the item”, and

They “requested further information” from me and are “looking forward to hearing from” me.

Neither of these statements matches what has actually happened.

The racquet has never left my possession because Tennis-Point refused to let me send it in when I requested an inspection. They therefore could not have inspected the item.

Since their original refusal, I have received no contact whatsoever – no email, no phone call, nothing.

So buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your purchase, do not expect Tennis-Point to stand behind the product, investigate properly, or even represent the communication history and inspection process accurately.

Reply from Tennis-Point.se

Hello Johan, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had to return your item. We have inspected the item and unfortunately found that the defect is not due to a material fault. We would be happy to make you an offer for a new purchase and have requested further information from you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I contacted Tennis-point about an order which arrived in horrible state. There was not even an apology included in the email and no offer of a refund.

I mistakenly placed another order with tennis-point and only half the order arrived. The other part was sent back since there was no contact information attached to the order according to the local postage company. Bear in mind that the order was the same as the one that arrived. So it's obvious that tennis-point messed up on their end giving the correct information on one parcel and none on the other. Again, no responsibility was taken for that mistake, also no response to the email I sent them. I'll just have to see if I'll get my refund for the returned order in 2025 at all given their speed of handling things.

Their casual approach to their own mistakes is just frustrating to say the least.

Just horrible..

Just horrible..
Wanted to change the size of a shirt, emailed and called for 2.5 weeks without any replies at all.
When I finally received an answer by email, they refused to change the size. Instead I could only choose to return the product and then buy a new one for double the price, since the campaign had run out by then. Also having to pay for the freight to get it sent to me again.

do not use!

Bought two raquets but got two different models, they refused to change and stopped answering my emails when I challenged them. Very unfortunate and a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Worst online retail experience ever

Worst online retail experience ever. Customer service is appalling and turnaround time is way above what is acceptable. Seems this company make pay upfront for items that they probably do not have in stock and then let you wait until they are able to source them. I won’t buy from here ever again.

Never again

Decent prices and good products.

However terrible service, which makes me to never want to purchase here again.

Doesn´t answer calls at all.
And emails take as much as up to 10+ days to have answered.

And the translation on their webpage is terrible which impacts the whole experience as well.

Backback zipper broke after 5 months

Bought a backback whose zipper broke after 5 months. Can't reach customer service by phone as it simply hangs up after 5-10 minutes of music. Can't reach customer service by mail as they stop answering after linking their return print label service which does not work.
