The quality is nice, teapots are tiny.
The quality is nice, but colours not as vibrant as the pictures in the website would have you believe.
The teapots are tiny. The cups were bigger than I had anticipated but paradoxically, the teapot much smaller. One teapot fills one cup, maybe two at a stretch if you brim it!
I would really expect the teapot to be able to fill 4 cups at the very least.

The teacups are beautiful
The teacups are beautiful, the website is very true to what you receive. I bought them as a special gift for a friend and now am so reluctant to part with them. The service from the company was spot on and how they arrive in their own special box is also something to note. Very much a 5-star experience.

great quality, fast delivery
when I learned about your product I was really interested. They look beautiful. I did my research and found comments about how new was your website and that there was little information. Well, I'm here to tell people that the product is as good as advertise. They came really fast. The packing was great (see picture). One of my cups has more texture than the other one. They are very original. I'm a happy customer.

Perfect Japanese tea cups
I ordered two cups from this company and they arrived today, each in its own fabric-lined box that is a work of art on its own. The cups themselves are exquisite. I look forward to using them. The delivery went slightly astray but the communication from the company was clear, polite and extremely helpful.

Excellent experience with Tenmokus
I made 2 orders from Tenmokus in late 2020. The first one went entirely smoothly; my order came promptly, and my items were beautiful. The 2nd package went astray (delivered to an address in a different state). When I notified the company about what had happened, they promptly sent me a replacement shipment. Again, the items were beautiful. Also, well-packed. Each teacup came in a latched, padded box.
