They say I made a mistake putting the prescription on the order. I may have ,but I tried several times to download the written prescription to their sight and it would not let me put it in during the order process. I would also think the big difference there was would cause someone to call and verify to make sure it was right .All that was offered was a discount if I ordered another pair.3/16/24

I made a mistake with the lenses. I wrote Tenda to ask for help to amend the situation and the lady was very rude!!!!This was the second time buying, honestly disappointed for a mistake any human being could make and then being met with such hostility!

I was honestly skeptical at first being that I'm in the Caribbean but wow! I'm hooked and shocked, I ordered early February, near the end of the month I sent email inquiry as I didn't even hear about shipping, they responded about a day later then 3 days later I was sent an email about item shipping... I swear they came on jet, by the next day I was contacted by courier company, to receive my item... All in all they are took like a month to come, but they are great everything I selected for the glasses there, the case beautiful and the shipping packaging, top notch... I was very pleased.. Would order again!

I was unsure what the quality of the glasses would be like but I was pleasantly surprised with the glasses I received. I have a strong prescription and it took a day to get used to the increased strength with the progressive lenses, but they are as good as the ones I have previously bought at the optometrist and so much cheaper. I went for a plastic frame as I wanted the glasses to be light. I haven't had them tightened yet. I would have liked a slightly lighter colour, but they are fine. I will order another pair when I need to update my glasses. Takes the same amount of time to arrive as walking in to a shop, so a much better option for me.

The glasses suit me very well, it's just a shame that the corner of the lens has some kind of distortion that makes it difficult for me to look without it getting in the way. It seems to me that one of the lenses was defective in production or assembly.
If you could send me a replacement pair without the defect, I would greatly appreciate it and give a 5 star review

Still have not shipped the order placed on the 12th February

Yesterday promised that would be shipped today 5th March, 22 days and counting but didn’t ship. Emails telling me to believe and trust them

Do not buy or trust this company, ignoring my emails now, expected to wait another 15 days shipping time, so almost 2 months for a pair of glasses, Should have gone to Specsavers

I am very satisfied with the quality eyeglass frames and progressive lenses.

You should write the size of the glasses :)
It was a kid size.. really small for an adult :)
And its took almost 40 days i got that.... you also forgot to tell people that the items are actually coming from china :)

I ordered clear glasses and sunglasses with my progressive and complicated prescription. They are perfect. To replace my broken frames would have cost me 350 using the same lenses. The two prescription glasses from Tenda cost me 150 together!
I couldn't be more pleased.

I like rimless frames, and other online suppliers claimed they could not put my lenses into rimless frames. They suggested I try local optical suppliers. Which I did. And they wanted upwards of 800€ for lenses and frames!

Then I stumbled across Tenda, and to my joy found that their system allowed me to have my lenses in rimless frames - at a tenth of the price of local optical suppliers.

I placed my order just before Christmas 2023, and had my glasses second week in January - that’s some good going!

The glasses are very comfortable and are the correct prescription - 5 stars to Tenda.

the initial sales was brilliant, but i received the wrong prescription glasses. i send 5 emails and 4 online support messages over 15 days asking to either return them or replace them and have not yet had a reply. so i am out of pocket and ignored.

The turnaround time from the time of order,production and shipping was well within my expectations and there was accurate communication with me throughout.

The glasses were perfect from every aspect,lenses were spot on,eould recommend 100%

The costummers help is superb the cristals also, the only think I an not totaly happie with are the frames

20 euro for titanium complex glasses for my 8 year old. In the dutch shop i pay over 200 euro....
