OKAY BUT NOT TRANSITIONING ENOUGH IN SUNLIGHT
Eyeglasses were okay with correct prescription, however the gradient lens that is supposed to get darker in sunlight barely changes at all and at full bright sunshine doesn't provide enough shading. I wish you would offer more options for darkness than one size fits all type options on your web site.

Nose pads on the new glasses
I have purchased glasses from your store twice, once in 2021 and again in 2024. My experience with the first purchase was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the quality.
However, with my second purchase, I am facing an issue. The nose pads on the new glasses do not sit well on my nose and have caused some redness. I have had the glasses adjusted twice at an optician, but the problem persists.

They send wrong glasses. And they don't want to refund. And don't want to send new ones free.
Horrible client service. Just like Aliexpress. They will never refund you. They don't respect the promise of guarantee.
