I bought the Tend Deep a few months ago from Tim Done Clinics and it’s been an incredible investment. I’d struggled with shin splints for years, but since using it regularly, I’ve seen a huge improvement.
Tim really knows his stuff—his expertise is spot on and the advice he gave me made a big difference in getting the most out of the device.
I honestly couldn’t recommend both the product and the clinic highly enough. It’s now become an everyday essential for me, especially when travelling.
The machine doesn’t hold its charge for more than 20 min. Very disappointed.
This company is not serious about fulfilling orders. The CEO, Will Ranscombe, even admitted it himself: “For clarity, we’re currently working through a short-term fulfilment backlog, which is what caused the delay — but we should have communicated that more clearly and consistently from the start.”
But this isn’t new. They have a long history of not fulfilling orders — go back and read the other reviews. This has been going on for years.
They will give you every excuse in the book before they actually do anything. I made the mistake of speaking with the CEO directly and he took zero accountability. All he had to say was: “We didn’t meet the timeline that was set, and the inconsistency in the information you were given only added to that — that’s on us.” Cool story. My order still wasn’t fulfilled.
Save your money. Read the reviews. There are a lot of scams out there and this company is looking more and more like one of them.
Haven’t even received the item. I ordered 10 days ago, it said it would ship the next day. I still have no shipping information and no updates from the company.
There was very poor communication about the shipping timeline, with repeated alerts about delays, but nothing concrete or actually meaningful in them. While they would reply to my emails, the responses didn't actually do anything or say anything (until my final one, which did seem to finally trigger shipment of my device). The shipment occurred about 6 weeks after purchase, while the website said it would ship next day...
The shipping service itself was also very slow with poor updates.
The device itself feels like good quality, and I'm enjoying it at least. But customer service and communication needs significant improvements.
This is my second purchase . The delivery time was great. My PT guy even bought one after I showed it to him. Really gets into the points . My gun is great but its like shooting with a shot gun instead of a rifle . I dont own a gun , but watch a lot of movies

I've had several orders through this company and each time there has been crazy ridiculous idiots with the shipping. The support team responds in a very untimely fashion if at all when you reach out for assistance. I had an issue with my Tend Deep device and reached out to their support. After jumping through hoops they agreed to send me a new device under warranty. It's been a month since they "shipped" it. Whenever I reach out for an update there's always a disingenuous response about how they're sorry, but never any action or helping to take care of the problem. At this point I truly believe they're doing this on purpose to avoid fulfilling warranty claims. Cool device, terrible company and service.
While the item seemed fine I had to wait over two months with very little communication until I started bothering people.
Tend was extremely responsive to questions we had about our order. There was a backorder for a piece of the set and the CEO responded personally and offered a refund on the order if the timeline didn't work for us. He as well as the tend team also followed up throughout the process. We're loving our new tools and can't recommend them more. 5 Pulsars.

Ordered on February 8th, delivered March 19th. Contacted company and they blamed customs but I didn't even get a tracking number until March 16th.
I had two orders for two separate items. My second item came in before my first item I had ordered. I am very pleased with my product and realized I probably didn’t need the first item that clearly was back ordered. I emailed in and the prompt service I was given to acknowledge the delay and refund that first item was immediate. Overall, the product is fantastic and the service was great. I’d recommend Tend to anyone.
For a $195 tool, this is extremely disappointing. The charging system is outdated and inconvenient—it uses a round pin (DC barrel) connector hidden inside the unit, so you have to unscrew the tool just to charge it.
It also requires a separate adapter cable and charging block, which adds unnecessary hassle and extra cost. In a professional setting, this slows everything down and feels poorly designed.
What makes this worse is that nearly identical tools—with the same design and charging setup—are available online for around $60–$70. That makes the price here very hard to justify.
At nearly $200, this feels more like a rebranded budget device than a well-designed professional tool. The performance may be decent, but the overall experience and value simply don’t match the price.
