You should look into Pocket Gems customer base

1-Star Review Update: "$60,000 Wasted — Done Playing & Paying for PG’s Cheater Playground"

War Dragons’ customer service isn’t just incompetent — it’s outright hostile to loyalty. After personally spending over $60,000 supporting this game, I’m done. For months, I’ve submitted evidence of Conquer Conquer Bubble exploiters manipulating outcomes, stealing rewards, and mocking the rules. What did I get? Silence. Excuses. Zero action. “Investigating” for months.

Let that sink in: A player who poured five figures into this game is walking away because PG would rather protect cheaters than enforce fairness. Why? Exploiters = free engagement metrics. Paying players like me? Just ATMs to fund their negligence.

The message is clear: Your money buys glittery dragons, not integrity. Even after years of funding this circus, my reports (and those of my team and many other teams) are buried in a black hole of “support” that exists only to gaslight players. Cheaters run rampant, conquer cheats are daily, and honest players are treated like nuisances.

$60,000. Gone. And for what? To watch PG prioritize profit over its community. To see my time, effort, and trust spat on.

To anyone still playing: Save your cash. PG doesn’t care if you’re a whale or a minnow — they’ll milk you dry while letting exploiters ruin the game. I’m out. Deleted the app, canceled subscriptions, and urging my entire guild and everyone I know to boycott. Shame on you, War Dragons. You’ve killed your own game.

Update: Day 200 of no fixes. Cheaters now brag about PG’s indifference in league chat. Congrats — you’ve built a paradise for frauds.

Abuse, toxic behavior, obscene words & nicknames

Abuse, toxic behavior, obscene words & nicknames

“It is important to note that due to privacy reasons, details around the outcome of the investigation are kept private”

“Therefore, it is impossible to say for sure who and how was punished by the system”

Your words say that You’re not going to do anything with disgusting behavior of players in Your game.

You defend abusing and toxic behaviour. If the situation was different, I wouldn’t face abuse, toxic behavior and obscene words in chats and nicknames everyday in Your game.

For example, Your relative ****ed by someone. Do You want to know what punishment a ****er will receive? Of course, You will demand the punishment. If a court hides results, obviously You will think that the court defends the ****er and obviously Your thoughts that the court is corrupt are true.

Using this example I show You that Your words say that You won’t do anything with any complaints.

All games want to sell in-game items but I have a question in this case: why do I buy anything in game if I think every time to delete the game because of these awful things happening in LOL: Wild Rift? In today's business environment, customer loyalty is more important than ever but You don’t care about it at all.

The system notifies Me that my account may be penalized because I didn’t play during the game — You have created abusing rules for Your clients! This aspect must be changed! In a case where one of family members has health problems, a person must end to play the game immediately! You must give an opportunity to play in an automatic mode! It will help to have a possibility to stop playing the game at once & not to start a new game again for others!
