I before was very satiedfied with them and been very loyal customer but never again. I had to sent 2 packet back and the one was already sent but they ask me to combine it with the first which already was sent. I told the package company PostDanmark they have give me QR code to about the situation and couldnt get the packet pack even it was right in front my nose because it was registrered. I had so much work to fix it. PostDanmark sended both packets back on same number and I have proof on it 2 labels snd 2 emails from
Temu with proof and that they are delievered as well, but Temu refuses to refund me,because is not all in same packet. I have complain and wrote in the livechat and showed proved, but it is impossible to tell your live support robot anything and even try calling but nobody answered

Terrible experience. Basically temu is the ping duoduo in China which sell "cheap" goods to poor people. This company now dumps trash goods to USA consumers. don't buy anything from them. They are deceiving and untrustable. They sell fake goods or very low quality goods by puting good picture or wrong spec. to decieve you!
Further reply to Temu's response: Stop trying to fool here anymore. I received a low-quality item and requested a return, but the seller provided a fraudulent return label. When I took it to DHL, they informed me it was actually a USPS label. When I dropped it at USPS, the package was delivered right back to my own mailbox the next day because the seller simply re-sent the original shipping label.
Despite explaining this multiple times to Temu customer service, I am repeatedly given the same scripted instruction to go back to DHL. It is clear this is a tactic to delay the process until the return window expires. This is deceptive. You must be joking me, temu!!! Be responsible! This does not end here, I will go to BBB for this case.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Temu. I placed an order totaling $60 for three specific items, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I was sent a completely different item worth less than $5. This is not just an inconvenience—it is unacceptable.
For the past month, I have made repeated attempts to resolve this issue by requesting either a refund or store credit. Each time, I have been met with delays, vague responses, and no real effort to fix the problem. It feels like my concerns are being ignored and that Temu is simply avoiding taking responsibility.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When a company makes a mistake, it should take prompt and fair action to correct it. Instead, Temu has done nothing but waste my time and frustrate me further.
At this point, I have lost trust in Temu as a company. Based on this experience, and the reviews I see and complaints to the BBB, I will be taking my business elsewhere and would strongly caution others to reconsider before purchasing from them.

They want you to spend spend and spend My last draw is when they have me chosen items to receive cask back and as I’m placing them in my cart I receive a notification that my order was confirmed and I see that have a transaction from Temu, I never even authorized the transaction. I requested a refund now it may take up to 30 days umm No I need my money today!! I can’t wait til these lawsuits come rolling in because this site is awful. Temu is a con you get in the trap of getting free items and then you end spending nearly £200 and it still says add more items to get the items free, so when I do get my order I will be returning it all as there is nothing free they make you believe that you’re getting a great deal but actually you are not so I will think twice before I buy anything else from temu they need to stop conning people

I'm not a Temu customer, but have been getting messages saying I have a delivery.
Despite asking me to contact them following a previous review, Temu customer service were totally unhelpful, they couldn't confirm if the email really was from Temu and even suggested I click on the link in the message - would I really click on a link in what appears to be a scam message!! The only solution they had was to block messages from Temu - no quite the answer you expect from the customer services department of a company, but it seemed to work!

Very poor service and misleading information on rewards. They promise to reward you cash back but you have to claim pence by pence everyday for several days and if you miss on day, the cash back amount will be reduced by 70% or more!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I’m extremely disappointed with their unreliable and dishonest service.

Great chinese products, but the invested Temu are the pits. Yet again they sent a parcel via E*** when they told me they would not use them. This time E*** did not pretend to deliver it, but did not. They simple said it has been damaged, and only God know what is happening now.

My items were delivered by evidence to the wrong address which I can tell from picture as proof as its not my flat. Spoken to temu and told I not got enough proof so spent £35 for absolutely nothing. My front doors red and proof is blue but apparently that doesn't prove i didn't get it. Will defo not be using again as just robbed me

Support needs better training. They don't read emails. They copy paste messages and repeat themselves 10-50 times over.
I told them ok you made your point, you can't do ABC. Close the ticket. They ignore. Many agents continue to write back and ignore the request. This turns into spam. I tell them to stop spamming me and they refuse.
I must have received 40-50 emails on the same topic - only 2 emails were relevant.

Clearly it is not, otherwise you would READ emails. When a customer says STOP the thread. STOP writing. CLOSE the ticket then do so. Instead 10+ agents answer the same ticket AND the same agents copy pastes identical messages multiple times without reading or listening. This should have been 2 emails at most. Then you refuse to close tickets. I told you I'd leave a 1 star is you didn't stop - instead the ticket transferred to yet another agent.
This isn't the first time. The message you are giving is don't dare contact support as they will not stop hounding you with their incessant, repetitive spam.

My experience with Temu, for anyone considering ordering:
This issue has been ongoing since March 19, and until now, there is still no real resolution.
It started with a delivery delay — the estimated delivery changed from 6 days to more than 10 days, which caused me to miss the occasion I originally ordered for.
Then I was surprised by undisclosed charges upon delivery, reaching almost half the original order value. The notice about potential extra fees was not clearly presented at the time of purchase.
There is also a minimum order requirement (around 1000 EGP) just to complete the purchase, which puts customers in a difficult position.
Additionally, there was inconsistency between the company’s information and the shipping updates, and the product quality was below expectations.
As for the refund, this has been the most frustrating part:
I have been trying to recover 3856 EGP for over a month. The same information was requested multiple times, different agents handled the case, and the responses were repetitive with no actual progress.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience.
Honestly, think twice before placing an order, especially if your money matters to you.
I will update this post if the issue is ever resolved.
And your current response does not address my case.
I am not requesting a standard refund through the app.
Your support team already reviewed my case, confirmed the total amount ($73.22 USD / 3856 EGP), collected my bank details, and created a ticket for a manual bank transfer.
Despite this, the issue remains unresolved after more than a month.
Please provide a case-specific response instead of a generic template.

Scammed again re purchasing showing 5 different items you get one. AND with another 5 mixed set same again and guess what you get the same item. Go to view the order and UNAVAILABLE to view obviously they have been remove d by Temu re scamming. Go to return and guess what one can only return one order NOT the two scamming orders, KEEP AWAY FROM TEMU. Stick with EBAY , no such scamming goes on. AND TEMU go to my last orders do not ask me yet again as before the order and the problem when it was clearly stated on my Trust Pilot review. TEMU sellers are making a fortune with this scamming on their adverts MISLEADING buyers . AND what is more bombarded daily with so called offers in mail.
