Like others, ordered the leggings as a Christmas gift for my adult and late teen daughters. I don't think a grade school girl could fit into them. When asked for return information and a refund - nothing but a run around and "send us pictures." Not sending photos of females trying to fit into their miniscule leggins.
TOTAL SCAM! And now they have delayed the return process beyond their "30 days" time limit. Hope others don't fall prey to this B.S.

Everything that was said is true. Smaller size, no exchange, poor quality, complete waste of money. Horrible company.

Leggings are a joke. No where close to the ad. They would not accept a return of them contrary to their return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered them in November to give as a Christmas present. Received them after Christmas with no communication on shipping until I inquired. Thought they were having a two for one when I bought only to find out that was the price for 1 pair. These leggings are not stretchy at all, do not look like the pictures! Do not buy if you don’t want to be disappointed. Regret buying these! Ended up having to donate them brand new. Never worn! Huge waste of money and the time you wait for shipping!

I ordered Dec 15 and received order Jan 23 well beyond the 30 day refund policy so the refund request was denied. I believe that's done on purpose so you can't return. Absolutely not what's pictured in the ads. I sent email after email regarding delivery and the email response was always a tracking number. I'm reporting to BBB for false advertising. Should be banned from advertising on Facebook.

This is FRAUD! Wish I could give negative reviews. Took a month to get the “pants” and they were literally children’s sized and of terrible quality. Nothing like what they promise, and certainly not made of cashmere. Then, they promise 100% refund, which they certainly do not offer. Customer service have now stopped responding to my emails...

These reviews are all correct. The quality of this product is garbage-it feels like cheap packaging Styrofoam. It took almost 6 weeks for the order to arrive and the size is laughable. The response I got from customer service is that "they sent the right size and there are not defects" so we will not be issuing a refund. The company is a scam. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Pretty much the same as everyone else. This company appears to be fraudulent. Their sizes are nowhere near what they advertise and they refuse accept returns for sizing issues. Temptlife's return policy only states no returns after 30 days from the purchase date. They could not even deliver within 30 days!

I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is a fraud! I ordered 2 medium fur lined pants,(I always wear a med) they were sooooo small they wouldn’t even pull up all the way! When I contacted customer service they said basically 2 bad so sad on exchanging or returning. I wasted $72.00!
DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Product and experience were terrible and fraudulent. Online description and images do not match the product. The product sizing was not even close, looked more like children’s size. Website clearly states 30 day return policy but when contacted they said the shipped what we ordered. After several emails we filed a fraud claim with our credit card company.

Scammer, that is what Temptlife is. Unfortunately I was also another victim of their dishonesty.
For your own sake, stay away from them!!!

I'm just attaching the 4th email I sent in the string of emails with them telling me sorry for the confusion, they did send what was ordered, oh right, we'll do better next time, no you can't return the item the cost is to high... Through all of this I feel like small businesses are going to suffer the most because people will all shop amazon because they can return something (who I'm contacting because I saw this brand on their site, so they need to stop affiliating).

No, you sent me a cheap knock off of what was ordered. I can donate the items and you can refund my account if you don't want to pay for shipping to have it returned, which I can't blame you because you know as well as I do that the product you sent is inferior, why would you even want it back! You are destroying the trust between customers and businesses! Furthermore apologizing and telling me that you will do better in the future doesn't help me at all, an apology is having remorse for what you did and fixing the problem! The product my husband ordered was $60 each (he got them on sale for $30 each) they showed a plush sherpa lining, what was received was poorer quality than a $5 piece I picked up at walmart. I'm guessing you spent the majority of your costs on shipping (which by the way took well over a month!). So as I'm sending my fourth email, you need to refund my husband's PayPal as he ordered a product from your business and you sent a far cry from it!

Please save yourself the stress and don't give any more money to this 'company'

This company is crap! Their products are horrible. Their customer service is horrible and they flat out lie about returns and product satisfaction. Like so many others, I ordered leggings for my wife without looking at reviews. The quality is horrible and the sizing chart is WAY off. Their website says they accept returns but that is a lie. They won’t do anything. Product took over a month to get, comes from China, tracking service was worthless, and the product is WAY OVER PRICED, even if they were good quality, which they are not! Absolute joke of a company and product! Wish I would have seen the reviews first!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! My husband ordered me leggings size (L) and I couldn't even get them above my knees. They also WILL NOT refund so you are screwed out of your money.

Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! Products not as promised and took over a month and a half to deliver.

This is a total scam. Don't waste your money. Their 100%quarantee is crap. The sizing chart is not accurate and they will not allow any exchange or refund.

This is a scam. The leggings are of poor quality and made for petite Asians, not westerners. Sizes are two sizes too small! More than 30 days for delivery after placing order. The cost for postage to mail the leggings back China for a full refund was exuberant ($28).

I bought two pair for my wife. I did not read the reviews.(Self Inflicted wound) They did not fit. I asked to return them and they told me no, it was my error. I went to paypal and Templife then told me I could send them back. What I learned is that the shipping cost back to china is more then what I paid for the leggings. So I am at a loss. If I would have read the reviews, I never would have ordered the leggins.
